Here’s what I’ve found on my pre-built gaming computer, which including slight upgrades, totals a little over 1,100 dollars:
Chrome: boots third fastest, loads pages fastest. Uses up the most memory. Slowest download speed.
Edge: boots third (same as Chrome) fastest, loads pages third fastest. Uses up the second to least memory. Downloads third fastest.
Brave: boots second fastest, loads pages third fastest. (Same as Edge.) Uses up second to most memory. Downloads second fastest.
Firefox: boots fastest, loads pages second fastest. Uses up the least memory. Downloads the fastest.
So, 1 being best, 4 being worst, I rank them as follows:
1. Firefox.
2. Brave.
3. Edge.
4. Chrome.
Firefox is amazing since they did the super update to it a few months back. If you haven’t tried it, try it. It also has the best tracking protection and is very user friendly. Chrome is extremely overrated and bland.

I’ve been telling people to use Edge, but they say Opera GX and Brave are better. We’ll see about that. In 20 years my Microsoft Rewards points will be high enough to retire

I Tested Four of them and to my surprise Ms edge was the better. Loaded 10 Youtube videos All the same Playing at 1080p and CPU Usage was between 9% to around 20% with 2.1gb ram usage
Firefox was the worst for me 3.1 gb ram and 40% CPU . And the others were around the same
banging intro! really had me headbanging on the floor foaming at the mouth!

So in conclusion, Edge for downloading huge files or if you have a lot of ram and a good cpu. Firefox or Brave for everything else.

I’m with those saying that Brave Browser is the best one… It’s not a new browser, it’s a whole new philosophy!!! Check my channel if you want more details…
I honestly recommend using two browsers, Microsoft Edge and Brave.
EDGE because it has been optimized a lot lately by Windows and has good tools
BRAVE for being almost the same in speed and functions (increasing an automatic blocker of annoying ads) but that GIVES YOU MONEY depending on how much you browse, how much you allow it to see ads or refer this browser to other people as I do now (this last one greatly increases the payment they give you in case you have a YouTube channel and promote it) download and install Brave from my referral link https://brave.com/gus877 is the only thing I ask of you, today for me tomorrow for you .

I’ve tried many browsers, but i’m currently using Opera GX. Opera GX is a modified version of Opera that is more optimised for gaming, and i love it.
I use TOR. My saftey over all this bs.
