I went to pcworld and was recommended to get kd43xh9196bu Sony Bravia4k ultra HD led tv, would you guys recommend something better? Budget wise don’t want to go over £600 for 43”

  2. James Horn on June 29, 2021 at 2:16 am

I have the Sony x900h. And I don’t think the colors pop at all unless I just have my settings not right

  3. TriMotion Media on June 29, 2021 at 2:17 am

Will these TV’s have input lag down to about 1ms? I game on a 27 inch MSi gaming monitor and I love the 120hz and practically zero input lag. But when I go to my Cheap Vizio 65 inch tv it feels terrible trying to play Cod on it bc of the input lag.

  4. Katzumi Otomo on June 29, 2021 at 2:19 am

Serious question but I honestly don’t have enough room for a 50′ tv. Are there any tvs smaller than like a 42 because I can’t mount my tv or fit a larger entertainment system

  5. jerryholbrook13 on June 29, 2021 at 2:22 am

    Tvs also have to be120hz

  6. Randtsy on June 29, 2021 at 2:22 am

I’m either picking LG CX or Samsung Q8OT

  7. Jeremijah Shezia on June 29, 2021 at 2:23 am

i just bought a 70 in vizio which claimed to have 4k hdr vrr and 120hz. however it only outputs at 60 hz. Its a legal scam. In December they said they were working on a patch. Its April. DUMB.

    What about Lg Nano 90?

  10. jakedizzle on June 29, 2021 at 2:26 am

HDR is on tcl TVs but it’s not good. The picture is very dark.

  11. The Sim Zone on June 29, 2021 at 2:27 am

I’d pass on those budget suggestions. No 120Hz? No HDMI 2.1? No way. Spend the extra $100 or so and get the LG Nanocell 85.

  16. JeFerrari on June 29, 2021 at 2:32 am

Hi Jake, do you have a recommendation similar if not exactly like the Samsung Q80T? That particular model looks to be sold out everywhere and discontinued.

  17. Juan Yepez on June 29, 2021 at 2:33 am

    I love the LG CX w/ PS5

  18. DubZNeuro on June 29, 2021 at 2:33 am

Vizio claim that the M series have hdmi 2.1

  19. Bryan on June 29, 2021 at 2:38 am

such an informative video, I was looking for a TV and almost settled on a VISIO Quantum, I’m glad to see it’s on the list

  20. Chris Nigul on June 29, 2021 at 2:40 am

    Hi Jake,
thank you for a great review. I just got my PS5 and need to upgrade my tv(old but faithful flat samsung plasma lol).
Curious, why didn’t you mention LG’s GX series? It looks like it checks all three criteria with the exception that the HDMI is actually 2.2?
    Cheers,
    Chris

    Looking for a help : My xbox series x can’t run 4k UHD at 120HZ in my tv ( LG NANO86 )

Hey everyone i hope you’re having a good day.
I have xbox series x and before i buy any tv for it, i did watched so many reviews on YouTube that said LG NANO86 can run the series x on 4K UHD at 120HZ with no problems
but that didn’t work for me, All i get is 4K UHD at 60HZ
And when i go to 4K TV details all the lines are green Except those 2 :
    1st one in tv resolution:
    – your tv setup doesn’t support 4K UHD at 120HZ

    2nd one in playing games:
    – your tv setup doesn’t support dolby vision for gaming at 4K 120HZ

Can anyone please give me a solution for that problem

Thank you for reading, have a nice day.

  22. Blake Jorgensen on June 29, 2021 at 2:41 am

If I play 4K at 120hz will it play 120 hz or will it go down because of 4K

I love my lg oled cx. Best tv hands down. For my ps5 and Xbox series x.

  43. Paul Sefick Jr on June 29, 2021 at 3:01 am

I will never get a oled tv until they fix burn in. Every oled screen I had has permanent burn in on it.

  46. R. Scott Duncan on June 29, 2021 at 3:06 am

I lean towards the LG CX but worry about brightness. It would be in my living room with windows. Shades drawn but relatively normal daylight. Also, any concern about burn-in?

  47. Tim Too Much on June 29, 2021 at 3:07 am

You want dolby vision it looks better than hdr10 update your series x now and get done vision

  48. StrongArmJon Entertainment on June 29, 2021 at 3:10 am

    When did 1k become budget?

  49. pTwist1 on June 29, 2021 at 3:12 am

Thanks Jake picked up my Target PS5 today after 5AM order! BTW I had the LG CX 65 and returned it, hated the remote and interface, but final straw was the TV timeout issue and burn in worry (I leave TV on all the time sometimes on game menus or in game for the music) , now I have the Samsung Q90T and love it, only has single HDMI 2.1 but only need one especially when the 2.1 Soundbars come out. Nakamichi 7.2.4 Elite (2020) rocks but may return in hopes of a HDMI 2.1 version release in 2021 model. Thanks for your vids, glad you got Vaxed up!!

Question. I’m looking for both, TV and either a XBOX S series or X series. If I buy an S series with a 4K TV will I benefit anything since the S series isn’t 4K but what’s that? 1240p or something like that? Will the S series and a 4K TV give me real good picture quality?
