Have always been puzzled as why most androids I see can never get the same quality selfie pic but end up very close if not better with there normal camera?

I’m an apple owner and have been for years I’m getting ready to upgrade and trying to look at all of my options this time around. Have any other smart phone brands came out with a phone that doesn’t become laggy after a few months of use? I haven’t had a non apple branded phone since the s6 edge plus launched and I only had that one for 3 months and it became so laggy that I couldn’t stand it anymore and traded it in for an iPhone 6s Plus. I absolutely LOVE the look of the fold phone but I’m so anxious to switch because every other phone I have used didn’t run smooth at all. Any one familiar with apple have any luck with other brand?
Fantastic video, man. I used to be a flagship snob as recently as 3 or 4 years ago, as working in the industry afforded me ample hands on time with devices across all price ranges. The performance gap between mid tier and flagship devices was once quite vast, but the less expensive models have really been making strides in the last few years. I maintain that most people don’t actually need the highest end specs to service their needs. My current phone cost $500, and it has done everything I need a device to do and then some. I do wish the major carriers here in the U.S. offered Xiaomi, Huawei, and other manufacturers. There are literally dozens of cell phone manufacturers, and Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile offer only a few from which to choose, which limits selection here unless we’re willing to order them online.
I didn’t listen to the video but my advice is DO NOT BUY the Moto G Stylus 5g or anything Motorola in case it’s mentioned in this video. It’s the worse phone ever besides Nokia. There is not one good thing I can write about this horrible phone!!

OK won’t buy before watching… But I will ASK before watching. I just purchased a used S10e (moving up from a Galaxy S7). I don’t need the newest or most expensive phone. What I do need is an android with expandable storage and a size no bigger than the S7/S10e (why are all the phones so damn big and bulky? Xperia 5ii is close, so I guess I should keep my eye on Sony for the future, but still tall and pretty heavy). Good camera is a plus but coming from the S7 obviously most things are better. Have they stopped making phones for people with smaller hands?
