How about riveted handles vs. welded. Rivets are difficult to clean and may harbor bacteria etc.
Can u mention the brands that u guys use.
Whatβs is that brand name of the nonstick cookware … please help??
What About The Cookware Fissler?
You could have informed about a flat bottomed or round bottomed wok.
The 1st time my mom ever saw cast iron cookware was when my 10" lodge skillet arrived from amazon
Thank you very much. You are so clever and very clear Thank you again
No mention of the material and care of the pans!
Awesome explanation:)
Meu grande sonho Γ© ter essas panela de inox, meu Deus e realmente um sonho.
Hi, novice cook here. I’ve been so confused when recipes ask for "saucepans"; thank you for solving my mystery….they are what I call pots.
I love this video. You explain it so well thank you V.S(fiancee)βΊ
You never mentioned the only frying pan I was trying to educate myself on. The curved bottom one right in front of your straight sided saute pans.
insufficient information: Tell the quart size with the dimensions of the pans!
Wow, your gayness shocked me, right out of the gate. Jeezus
Don’t want "teflon" or anything else in my cookware that is harmfull.
Aluminum Pans
which pans did withstand high heat in baking bread on the stovetop?!
would you please recommend a healthy one…
Grill pans suck
I could do anything with a non-stick pot π
Either shell out for the stuff shown here, or tour your locale during garage sale month (June hereabouts) and pick up a nice selection for $5 a pop.
I love my All Clad pots and pans, I even bought the wok. My cast iron enamal dutch oven is great too, makes wonderful stews and soups, and bread in the oven.
What! Just kidding. I hope even deaf people have a sense of humor.. – . — … – .. — .
Thanks, please check https://bakingreview.com/nonstick-cookware-set-15-piece/ as well.
Very knowledgeable and has a calming voice!
I would have loved that you mentioned the brands of the pots
People often ask "When should I really invest money in my cookware?"
Now I can say "When you are professional enough in demeanor that you can keep your stainless as clean as Thomas Joseph, THAT is when you start buying good, pricey cookware.
An artisan values his tools, until you hit that stage where caring for your tools becomes an intrinsic part of your cooking practice, save your money.
What brand stainless steel pots n pans were those? I tried to determine the name on the xlg stock pot to no avail.
Hi there, can I please know what are the sizes (how many qt) of the two stockpots you have please? Thanks
Wow, this is the longest commercial for Martha Stewart cookware Iβve ever seen. With some All Clad cookware thrown in which she sells on her website.
This is a great well presented video.
You didnβt tell what material the pans are made of !!!! Aluminum I assume .
Thanks, good info about cooking pans. I have very old pans and I keep them clean and shiny.
Could you do one on copper cookware please
Thomas Joseph himself is a delicious hot dish! π
For me I have invested in a carbon steel skillet that has taken over everything I used to fry in the nonstick coated skillets. It is amazing and I use it for frying eggs and pancakes along with just about everything else. It cooks a lot like my cast iron skillet but weights so much less and is easier to pick up. The seasoning on the bottom is egg friendly and they will slide around like crazy. The only nonstick I have left is a 6in and I am planning to replace it with another carbon steel soon
The ones you show not cast iron the other ones stick! All aluminum
This is what i really need, thanx Thomas! Can ceramic and the enamelled utensils go into the oven ?
Love that apron!!!
How much π€π€π·π·π·π·π·π·
01:35 You said a 10 incher is a good size. That was cool
I learned so much from this video! π©βπ³
I love small saucepans for scrambled eggs
I love to hear about the pans
I hate the underlines on it
Hi. Would love to know the brand of the 10" straight side pan.
No plastic handles! Yeah!
What? no carbon steel pans?
Only issue with these pots is the coated aluminum even rice eventually sticks better off if they improve with ceramic coating then i repeat buy
Is this guy Bob Ross? I love this, so calming, so comforting…
I’ve gotten all my all-clad off ebay. thrown out way to many cheap target pots and pans. I cant always afford the new expensive stuff so used and open box has worked great for me.
1.5qt-30$, 2qt-55$, 4qt-65$, sauce pots.
3qt saucier-35$
8,10 inch skillets-65$ set
2qt-60$ and 3qt-50$-fry pans.
All that & no non stick. Once you get quality cook wear it makes a world of difference. This set should last decades.
