Asus strix g15 vs g17? I’m getting both at almost same price
is 15.6 better im depending on which is better 17 or 15
The purpose of 17" laptops is for people who, despite not carrying the laptop around all day for use on the go (as the 13" and 15" crowd typically does), still frequently need to transport their PC from location A to location B or C even if on a weekly basis or monthly basis. You basically put it in a case, shove it in the trunk of your car, and take it with you to spend a few days on the other location and then come back after a few days with it. This is the actual concept of a desktop replacement laptop. If laptops were not to be moved from home at all, then a laptop makes no sense and you should get a desktop, otherwise you get only disadvantages and none of the portability advantages that come with laptops. The sole reason for 13" laptops is for people who can’t stand the weight/size of a 15" laptop. And the reason for 15" laptop is for people who can’t stand the 13"’s small screen/keyboard of 13 inch for productivity. The 17" is for people who are not ready to make any concessions as far screen experience goes when going portable and who are willing to bear the extra weight/size – but this usually means that you’re not lugging it around all day in a bag or backpack (that is mostly 13" and 15" territory)
This video is outdated. Now there are powerful laptops with smaller screen, big screen laptops which has narrow bezels and thin body .
How would you choose between the LG Gram 16" versus the LG Gram 17" when they are so similar and yet LG believes there will be people choosing the 16" over the 17" when they already have the 15.6".
What game is that at 3:13?
i want the 17. i’ve been on a 13 for years and it’s tiny
a 17 inch razer blade mightve beem a better laptop to review for the decision of the 17, that thing you had was like a suitcase
Is 13 Inch laptops is good for computer engineering students

15 is the better one
Right now I use my 4 year old office laptop HP elitebook 840 G4 that i bought for my study. I’m graduated for my study IT, but study now higher. My laptop has a 14" screen. Really difficult to multitask and see the letters some times. I think İ am going for a 17 inch gaming laptop that İ can use for school and gaming.
For gaming what would you prefer a 15 inch Or 17 inch.
BTW nice video:)
I agree that 100% scaling on a 1080p 15.6" laptop.. 125% is recommended but you lose to much screen real-estate and 100% is fine on a 15.6" with my 39 year old eyes
I have a 15.9 could not get a better one big for watching YouTube and easy to carry
i like 13inches best because they are portable, but i would also like to have a bigger one too just in case im in a situation where portability isnt an issue
Nah I still like the 17!
Well this guy was a lot of help 😒
I own two HP laptops—-a Windows 10(Stream) and a HP Chromebook. Both my laptops are 14 inch models.
If you like watching movies go for a 17 inch I got a g15 zephyrus it’s amazing but I’m gonna return and upgrade, my 17r4 gtx 1070 1440p was way better for movies but it sucked in comparison at gaming hard.
This doesn’t seem like a good comparison using such different laptops
Can you please make an update video with the nice new narrow bezels we have these days
13 inch is just too small.
Today I got a 3070 legion 5 15.6 inch upgrading from an acer nitro 5 Gtx 1050 and 17.3 inch and I miss my laptop too much already
Me with my first laptop being 20 inches🙄

For portability, 14 inches.
For a good gaming machine, 15 inches.
For a good editing machine, 17 inches.

I’m really confused between choosing a new macbook air 13 inch with m1 chip and a hp envy x360 15 inches with AMD Ryzen 5/7 4000 series processor. Can you help me out with this dilemma??
I wouldn’t mind my laptop to be larger and heavier (17.3") if what I get in return is a bigger display and more powerful hardware.
Can you redo the video in 2020
It seems to me the 13 inch is the best for typing.
The newer 17’s are slimmer, and lighter. He had old school laptops.
