✅#2 NORTON — we have a DEAL ➡️ https://cnews.link/norton-discount/

What is the best antivirus software? Does it have to be free, or does it have to be pricey and full of features? If it’s the best antivirus for PC, will it also be good for Mac, Android, and iOS?

In this review, I will tell you what to pay attention to so you can choose the best virus protection for yourself in 2021. Therefore, don’t just pick our #1 option – your choice may be waiting a few floors below.

1️⃣ Bitdefender antivirus – best malware protection
Not only do they have a great free version, but I don’t feel cheated with what the premium options have to offer. In contrast to Norton 360’s standard plan, for the same price Bitdefender offers one of their most advanced suites. Even with Bitdefender’s free plan you protect your web surfing, and banking through their anti-phishing and anti-fraud features. I do favour their premium features though as files are protected from ransomware attacks and you can even use their file shredder to destroy any sensitive documents, again, a feature you won’t find with a few providers we’ve mentioned today.

🧨 BITDEFENDER – we have a DEAL ➡️ https://cnews.link/get-bitdefender_6/

2️⃣ Norton 360 antivirus – best features if you can afford them
I honestly found this service offers really great protection, without you having to sacrifice your device performance, which I really resent. That alone is hugely valuable to me. To be fair to Norton, even their standard package offers some good additions like a firewall, which helps you block suspicious traffic, offers 10 GB of cloud backup, a VPN and even a password manager.
===========
💣 NORTON – we have a DEAL ➡️ https://cnews.link/get-norton_05/
===========

3️⃣ Avira antivirus – Their free version includes luxuries like a VPN, a firewall, ad blocker, heck even a password manager. This is undeniably one of the best free plans you can find. Though, we will always recommend a premium suite for complete online protection from features like real-time data breach alerts, automatic software updates, and secure browsing to stop intrusive ads. Again, Avira antivirus is a great pick as it has many Windows-exclusive features, including their Privacy settings.

4️⃣ TotalAV antivirus – one of the safest choices
Sure, their free plan is a little on the basic side, but if you can invest in an antivirus, their premium plans open up a whole new world of defence: excellent protection against a long list of internet threats, real-time protection against malware, and even an optimization tool so your experience is less affected on weaker devices.

5️⃣ McAfee Total Protection – great cross platform support
If you want a more flexible software to use not only on your Windows computer, McAfee total protection has great cross-platform support, even with their cheapest plan. There’s also no denying that the basic package is really feature-rich. My favorites – encrypted storage, which uses top of the line 256-bit encryption. Then, Home Network Security, which helps block cyber criminals from infiltrating your home connection. They offer a few irresistible plans, which would be perfect if you want to manage all of your devices that are connected to your home wifi.

3:11 Is Norton 360 worth the price?
4:12 Is Bitdefender’s malware protection strong enough?

Final thoughts ➡ Having an antivirus is really important, especially as most viruses end up on devices due to human error. Any of our top 5 picks will mitigate a lot of risks that come with everyday surfing and online activities. Just be sure to make the right pick for you!

i use the avira free which is alright, much more peaceful than McAfee free trial. But once i can, i want to invest in a good one that’s not super expensive. Is the cheapest avira plan worth it? i use my computer for gaming, watching videos, and occasionally school.

Last time I checked recommending Norton and Mcaffe was tantamount to saying I know literally nothing about computers and these are names I recognise.

@software update regardless of device type meaning PC or tablet or Phone or other device Any company including Microsoft need to wake up and do necessary correction for any update should be user based than manufacturer based. for example, window 10 20hz update is not in the interest of me and consent that promise false sense of security and removal of control panel that explicitly increase digital colonialization of any user device for mass surveillance than Hacker/spy prevention on data extraction and exploitation especially background data/meta data in invisible network.

McAfee are thieves. I had them on my computers for a long time but when I`ve started downsizing and had more than a month for a renew of licence they charged me a horrendous amount of money and took the money from my bank account even though I had over a month left before renewal. After asking for my money back I`ve cancel everything with them. I was anxious I won`t get my money back but I did at the end.

  25. Johndan42 on January 19, 2022 at 4:45 pm

How is Kaspersky or Avast not even a consideration here. they have to be the 2 biggest in the game right now.

  26. Kevin Reedy on January 19, 2022 at 4:46 pm

I had Norton third party steal $300 for auto renewal that was turn off 15 times in one year. I would buy Norton from black Friday discount, but Norton would steal from your bank.

  27. REDNAH PROS on January 19, 2022 at 4:47 pm

    Kaspersky ALL THE WAY

I bought bitdefender for my working laptop, but even with 16GB ram it was system heavy, so i bought another norton deuxe plan and gave the bitdefender to my little brother’s gaming laptop

  33. Sir Raymond LuxuryYacht on January 19, 2022 at 4:51 pm

I personally don’t like locking into an AV by using it for my cloud storage or password manager – I prefer the simplicity of separate providers for those 2 and then I can swap AV provider easier when my subscription runs out in a year

  34. Bobby Mele on January 19, 2022 at 4:51 pm

Norton is pretty good and the initial price is awesome. It also has packages for up to 10 & 20 devices. But beware it usually requires a debit or credit card for auto-renewal and they really get you at renewal time. If you are not alert around renewal time you will get hit with a price that would cover the cost of purchasing 5 or 6 plans from even the most expensive brands.

  35. Aman Verma on January 19, 2022 at 4:52 pm

Norton Utilities premium, this comes with Norton antivirus and it has all the features like file shredder, device cleanup, defragmenter, ram reclaimer, etc. Except a file vault, Norton is not missing anything else. So in my opinion as a Norton user, I’ll say that Norton is absolute best in the antivirus market.

    defender is enough

  40. Paul De Guzman on January 19, 2022 at 5:02 pm

Are you being paid for doing this or what? The only good AV in this list is bitdefender, the rest is trash for their shady business model and scareware product promotion. And the worst thing you did in this video is include TotalAV. That’s not a real antivirus, it is owned by scammer company who buys fake review, fake test, and etc, that’s why I think you got paid for including them. Sorry for being mean, it’s just this video is too disgusting. Take it down if possible and stop talking about totalAV, you’re luring people into false security.

  41. Rob-in-the-Marsh on January 19, 2022 at 5:04 pm

I won’t be using Norton again since they introduced automatic annual renewal of the licence. and they don’t tell you that the renewal price is way above the third party purchase price, and for some reason I am unable to contact them, (something to do with my javascript setting which I don’t understand).

After dealing with McAfee and their customer support, I would recommend for everyone to keep their hands away. Their service desk website is so out of date, sometimes barely usable and I am speaking as a web developer. I don’t trust them.

  49. SirCosmin on January 19, 2022 at 5:13 pm

Ranking McAfee on this list is like you would include a Prius in a drag race along with Lamborghini and McLaren. I have a slight suspicion all these antivirus solutions are sponsored.
