Google updated my Pixel and removed all manual controls from the camera, essentially nerfing the camera completely. On top of that, they force you to buy a $70 wireless charger because they designed it to charge slower on non-google chargers. DO NOT BUY A PIXEL, it’s a money hole.

I’ve been a Samung person for years since the S2. But I’ve become the One Plus fan boy. I love the quality, software and the price. Fast updated and never have a hiccup. That being said . . . in the "day" I was a Nexus fan. I might get the Pixel 5 . . what might sway me for the Pixel is the insane battery life.
Damn it all, all I want is a phone with no notch, MHL support, and dual speakers, cameras be damned.

In India it’s Better deal because Camera with Gcam Mod, Snapdragon 730G Soc, 7000Mah, 8GB Ram with 128Gb storage and 25Watt Charger plus Knox Security just at 25,000 INR(335.40 USD) it’s a value for Money. I don’t know about other countries but IT’S great in India!
Considering we’re saying "best android phones for 2020" I’m surprised you didn’t mention the Xperia 1ii or the Xperia 5ii! Both of these are leagues better than what you mentioned
I have an s9 and I’ve had it 2 years and still don’t see the point in upgrading 🙁 nothing really amazing has happened lately. My note 4 was the best phone I ever had i loved that. That was 5 years ago. It was amazing and had so many cool features like an IR blaster to control tvs and radios

In my opinion the s10 plus that I have is the best. The headphone jack, the heart rate monitor, the in screen fingerprint scanner, the samsung dex, the multitasking, the edge panel, the wireless powershare etc . Its simply incredible
Funny how Pixels are mentioned but a lot users are facing camera issues after the Android 11 update. Pixel 2 users like myself are screwed, the cameras are completely useless now. Planned obsolescence at its best.

Problem. Only the S20 5G bets the Qualcomm chipset and thats799 quid – 5G no bloody use to me or loads of others, as we’ll be using Starlink for comms long before there’s any chance of getting 5G or 6G available, and tbh, imho, the only thing that can beat on price with Starlink for Terrestrial Comms, is going to be 4G VoLTE and its 1,000+ mbs future standards – here in the UK, presently getting Sucky 1 to 6 mbs on 4G VoLTE, which is scandalous, given 330 mbs down 8n rural Andalusia and other rural parts of Spain – with a superb sim card driven WiFi Router. Yes, I’ve recently been looking for a replacement main phone for my Note 9, and, it had to have Knox milti layered Security, a feature ho reviewers seem to talk about. would that be due to the embarrassing lack of security, with Google Apple, Chinese etc devices, Operationg Systems and applications perhaps? So byway, the S20FE was right out, and an S20 plus was right in, as the sweet spot of the range, but being a bit rare, could I get my hands on a 4G version? Well yes, turns out I could, and a brand new one in its box at that, along with its Knox Security version 3.5, and I can keep it compliant, and Samsung Pay Security nice and safe, by avoiding everything Google, by only using what’s available on the Galaxy Store. You guys do know just how badly Google’s absence of Securitynis, right? So why don’t you start telling Android users? Anyway, brand new Samsung Galaxy S20 plus in Cosmic Black, cost me 550 quid. A fair bit less, for something with much better features, than an S20FE right? Good luck all, and be very aware of the mountains of Crap with zero Security out there, that you could end up throwing your pwrsonaln data into the hands of people whom are really nothing but Outrageously Untrustworthy Scumbags. Over the next few years, that’s likely to become far more important , than most people presently realise.
