would this build support a mpg b550 gaming plus ? or is the mag b550 tomahawk better ?

could I use a different GPU like the Geforce 3080 with all the other parts

if you don’t care about esthetics here’s a good pc for 1500-1600 around there
Msi b550 a pro for Light overclocks 150
The one in the vid for normal overclocks 180
Aorus b550 pro v2 for best overclocks for under 200$ I got aorus
Cpu ryzen 5 5600X
Cooler I think it’s called the noctua u12 for 60 or arctic freezer 2 size what ever you case can fit I got a 240 90$
Ram g.skill ripjaws v 3600 cas 16 90 $ o
Sad of your choice for how fast you want one I chose 970 eco plus 500gb with a 2tb hdd
3060 ti/3070 400 or 500 or like 600 70 because shortages I got a 3070
4000d or meshify 2 c 90 /110 I chose meshify
750 w bronze fully modular pretty much what’s on a discount on new egg I got a cx 750m for 80$
And some thermal paste don’t really matter 10$ and case fans 20$ for one
For anyone who’s more experienced in the field plz give recommendations in the comments on what I would should change btw I got most of my parts on a discount because I picked them up slowly

For almost a year now these GPU prices have been super inflated so I don’t see the reason to refer to this as a $1500 build.

As of June 2021 minus the GPU you’re looking at 1,374.90 + 329.99 GPU = $1704.89
RGB is not a must and you can get a better GPU than this deflated one. BITWIT & JayzTwoCents have updated lists
