At that price you can get the Vanatoo T0 speakers , the best small desk speakers period that would destroy this in sound quality and imaging.
I thought it was optimal to have both the source and soundbar at about 50%? That way you’re not pushing either amp to it’s maximum
299? I might eat cup noodle again this month
Hey what monitor is that in the background
I see Chris Pratt has moved from Hollywood to YouTube
just buy a couple of good speakers and an amp. 10 times better than a soundbar…
No bro. A sound bar its the worst recommendation for play games…… Never ever again say that again
Get a Kef LSX for your desktop. Imo nothing comes close to the sound staging when gaming with that. I literally pinpointed the sound of gunshots coming from BEHIND me, which was surprising considering that these are front facing speakers.
I don’t know, man. Stereo bookshelf speakers are much better suited to a desk.
I bought my first soundbar for desktop gaming today. It’s not as nice as this one, but it should hopefully serve as a good introduction.
Today in things I can not afford …
Uses Tarkov as a sound test
Also Tarkov players: FIX VERTICAL SOUND NIKITA
Bro i clicked on the link real quick and the price almost gave me a heart attack lmao great vid though loved the intro!
7:47 is this in Bulgaria?
"Impressive performance from such a tiny unit"
That’s awesome. Thank for the great video
I wonder how this compares to my Creative Sound Blaster X Katana.
That sounds bloody terrible! No thanks I’ll happily stick with my Creative Soundblaster 5.1 setup instead.
The Source should ALWAYS be around 90-100%!
Otherwise the amp will start to affect your signal in bad ways and overmodulate or introduce humming/static noise in the backround.
cheers from the dj booth. 😉
dude u cant get atmos whit no ceeling speakers, its just atmos codex support to play it back its never atmos
This soundbar more expensive than my pcrig
Lol this thing is 3 bills on Amazon Canada
Any chance you have recommendations on HDMI cables? Specific brand? Ordered a Sony X950H looking into soundbars, much appreciated. Does 10 vs 18gbps make a difference? Not sure if it’s marketing some call out Dolby vision others do not… Found some monoprice ultras 48gbps… probably overkill.
How doe it compare to Creative Sound BlasterX Katana?
How good is the bass and max volume on this? I mainly want it for movie watching and have a pretty big room. Will it fill the room?
For $399.99 CAD the value for this speaker is simply non-existent… Absolutely NOTHING about this makes me want to spend that much, even if it is as awesome as it seems.
*Hey…lets go skatebort*
No headphone jack? No analog input? I see both TOSLINK and ARC are labeled "TV" – are they independent inputs or does one override the other? Is it wall mountable? Panasonic’s website does not have a manual listed and their product description (at least for Canada) is all vague marketing fluff with no actual details.
How does it compare to other similar size and priced products like the well rated Sonos Beam? – which I have but don’t really like due to it’s buggy firmware/power management.
For 200 plus dollars you would expect this thing to bring its own hdmi and optical but the fact that you have to buy that separately just kills it for me. :/ Thanks for the review
ouch its expensive, not sure how much Atmos you can hear on a tiny sound bar. G560 is what i use and really love right now.
I bought this the day it dropped, it has been a gem for its size. For my small space connected to a lg 48 cx( pc console setup) it has been perfect. Sounds super clean and detailed, I also have the sb katana and razer sound bar and this one is better. The bass is rich and clean and surprisingly decent considering no dedicated subwoofer. Was worth the buy. If you need something to shake the house then this isn’t for you.
At 5:01 that beat in the background sounds alot like Berner’s jam Top Down or im just stoned😂😂😂😂
Did you mention that calling this thing a PC/Gaming Soundbar is a joke? With Sound over HDMI or Toslink this thing would have been great back in 2014, but even back then a 3.5 mm Audiojack was a PC Standard (like it still is nowadays and Toslink isn’t…).
Most Gaming Monitors are connected via Display Port, giving up 144 Hz (or more) just to use this thing is pretty stupid and connecting it via Blutooth isn’t really an option either.
As soon as a Product you feature in a Video is sponsored you guys are too positive about it’s features and don’t really look into the products flaws even if you mention some problems this thing has.
I just got one of these. If you clone your primary monitor to the soundslayer you don’t get the extra display so you don’t lose your cursor/windows. DP 1.2 to HDMI works as well (the sole HDMI on my GPU is taken by VR)
you know it make no sense to do a sound demo on youtube , sound is too compress also depend what the listeners are using headphone or speakers so with your demo 3d on / off make no difference at all on my listening …. keep up the good work
Why would it not have 3.5mm ffs
Wait Dmitri, you didn’t know Panasonic made audio products? I have a 20 year old home theater setup from them that’s still in use and sounds fuckin amazing. My brother used to use it to play Battlefield 3 and 4. It gets real fuckin loud.
I’d be interested on how this compares to the Sound BlasterX Katana
too much light for the video, eyes are very uncomfortable
Meeeh, at that price, no thanks… i’ll stick to my 250$ Logitech Z-5500 i got 10 years ago… waaaaaaaaay superior.
Way too much yapping not enough showing.
the sound test sounds exactly like the soundbar looks like a plastic box with two speakers…terrible!! or maybe I am just spoiled from working as a sound engineer at B&O for 10 years.
lol another monitor
In the middle of a pandemic, a $300 soundbar is a great buy. It does with my $1000 shoelaces…..LOL
nice. To bad its like 150 dollars more than it should be
I thought the speaker of my imac 2020 is good enough, then decide to use the sound blaster katana sound bar, the difference is miles away.
please name the background music ?
Good Video. Dolby Atmos could work without hdmi 2.1 and eARC?
I absolutely hate soundbars. Stereo and surround-sound soundbars who the hell is dense enough to believe in that. in order to have either you need physical room separation and placement. something you can never get out of a soundbar for obvious reasons! in fact, it’s just as stupid as 7.1 Headphones! Really you only got 2 ears and ever if the headphones had or have 7.1 speakers packed in a tiny enclosure. you still have the issue of scale, placement, and separation! Emulated Surround-sound well it kinda works. but it’s still not surround-sound. Search virtual haircut and watch it with a pair of normal headphones. you will realize that you don’t even need the fancy surround-sound headphones!
that thing is ugly lol
