Goldeneye sold over 8million units and halo on Xbox (OG) was around 5.5 million. Hard to argue Halo kick off FPS on consoles when it came out much after. Don’t get me wrong halo is all time favourite franchise, and I completed all of he MCC campaigns last year alone but Goldeneye was the real turning point to jump start console FPS. I can only imagine that halo being your go to as a kid has swayed your reference. Of course it’s all preference but it’s pretty hard to argue that halo had a greater impact on console FPS games than Goldeneye.

Ninja Gaiden Black is the best action game of all time. Way ahead of its time on the OG XBOX.

A while back I found Burnout 3 at a thrift store. Its the only burnout game I’ve played so far. I ABSOLUTELY love it, it’s SOOOO fun. and I’ve only played single player and haven’t even touched multiplayer. Definitely gonna complete this someday, but its one of those games I can pop in, do a few missions, and have a blast. Not sure if other burnout games are better, cause this is the only one I’ve played
My favorite game on Xbox is Jet Set Radio Future. I still play it to this day.
I also loved Blinx The Time Sweeper, Splinter Cell Stealth Action Redefined, and Fuzion Frenzy.

I was such an idiot for selling my Xbox Crystal edition . I had all of the games on this list and many more and I sold it all for nothing ’cause I was a retard. I think I’m going to buy one just to play Burnout and SSX. And Jade Empire that I never got to complete back then. Oh and some Ninja Gaiden. And Escape From Butcher Bay. And Forza 1….so many good games.

I’m waiting for my Xbox 360 to come in the mail. I know it’s backwards compatible with a little less then half of the OG Xbox library but I heard the major ones are supported so hopefully all of the games in this list are. Great stuff, almost all of these I’ve never heard of and look extremely fun!

I need hellp , there was an open world beat em up that had a big character roster and featured a Vega clone or Vega himself , it had fights in subways and a fight club vibe to it I really can’t remember the name but I think it was a bandai namco game and streetfighting underground was the main theme .. anyone ?

Conker Live and Reloaded, hands down is my favorite Xbox game. Still haven’t been able to play it (or Perfect Dark [original remake, not that PD Zero garbage]) in the Rare Replay pack, but really, REALLY wish it had a PC port. Or that they would remaster it and significantly expand the multiplayer aspect. One of the best couch co-op experiences I’ve ever played in a game.
