Xiomi redmi note 9 pro,
I HAVE A PLAN TO BUY A SAMSUNG NOTE 20 JUST BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY
Good morning, very interesting, I have the LG-V30 from 2017, with its incredible manual control, with LOG recording, .. What current smartphones have LOG recording?, … I consider essential to record in professional mode, without having to use third-party applications, such as Filmic. Greetings.
As of January 2021, The IPhone 12 Pro Max
The Android Runner up, Yongnou yn450m
errr so which is best out of those then anyone know
Watching with my lg v50 best cinematic video using manual cam without editing in laptop
Still stuck with my lg v30 2017 with cinelog 10bit. Satisfied with it already.
You never gave an answer you just gave opinion LOL which one is the best dang it
Awesome tutorial! Really appreciate it! I make filmmaking related tutorials as well. Any support would mean alot! Thanks again
Those flare dots are bad.
What about Sony Xperia 5 ii??
If I have a note 10 plus, will I need a camera such as canon m100 or g7x to film vlogs for YouTube?
I want to video hauls and chat topics
Huawei is the king of camera phone
Iphone 12 the best ? lol fcking flickering https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VyBoFNLivp4&feature=emb_logo
Can you suggest a piece of equipment that is affordable and can use for video editing? The equipment you showed is expensive, only rich people can afford to buy it.
Just Use Huawei
Thanks
Dear Author. could you test camera of OnePlus 8 pro. Pleaaaaasse.
No Google Pixel phone
Now I’ve wasted 5 minutes listening to you listing specs I can look up myself or already know. Furthermore, you’re all over the place with including the design of the iPhone and the freaking MacBook.
This video is all over the place and has nothing of actual value.
watching this from my Lumia 1020 😉
Please review video quality for Pixel 4a
I like I phone 12 has dolby visuon ,12 pro max – best video , but all have lens flare. Samsung s20 and note 20, Sony Xperia 1,also mark 2, and 5 mark 2, cinema pro app, LG v60 thin q,
How about Poco F2 Pro?
why don’t has mi 10 ultra?10 ultra have 8k video, pro video mode use main, tele5x, ultra wide with log/flat, focus peaking and esposure verification (like zebra strike on filmic pro). it’s a impress phone for film making
You should checkout the New Sony phone too.
It’s not what gear you have but how creative you are with it 😉
So which phone should i buy
Hello. Your video came from nowhere. So very helpful. Thanks!
Xiaomi phones, in general, are craps. I will never buy one again. Looking forward to buying to either Sony or LG phone.
Good video! i have to check the models from 2021.
Huhhh
Huhhh
How about Poco x3 NFC for a budget recording smartphone?
Thanks!
Great video,keep it up!
Best channel
475 👍 is mine. I used redmi note 9 pro & Filmic pro app. Good video.
What about the Huawei P40?
Why haven’t u mentioned Huawei?
Because of the title, I’m picturing a phone that records with film reel
Awesome content, subscribed !
I was planning on sticking with my paid for Samsung S9 which has been great. However, I keep getting the offers from my carrier for a free S21 5G if I trade in my S9. Yes, it requires a 24 month service commitment, but I’m already paying for all that anyway and have no plans to switch carriers either. So the only real costs there is a new case. I just ordered a DJI Osmo 4. Sold my original Osmo a few months ago. I like my S9, but I’m thinking if I go investing in a cage and perhaps an anamorphic or other lens and ND filters I might as well buy them for a new platform with a longer service life. Hearing that old song "Should I stay or should I go?" Actually having those thoughts on a relationship right now too. Probably a short film idea or two in there. I guess I’m looking for some nudging. Should I commit and go with the S21? Is the camera and native software that much more to make the switch a real go for it situation?
Btw, I just discovered your videos and they are excellent. Last night I had 8 or so tabs open with several of the titles that appealed the most and it was just, Like, Save for future viewing, next.
I’m here because I just purchased the Samsung 21 Ultra over the iPhone 12 Pro Max for the reasons you cited. What brought me here was the Ultra 21 has a known camera over-heat issue which no review ever mentioned. Just Google it or go to Samsung Members page. I don’t have anything running other than the camera. Low light and a good zoom is important. If you check my YouTube channel I’m a news reporter and most of my work is at night. Any suggestions?
Bigger the sensor better video. Smaller sensors always give inconsistent results. The best phone would be sharp aquos r6 with 1 inch sensor
Thank you so much for this video. I am a filmmaker and came here through my search for cinematic smartphones. Herer are my 2 cents: One of the most important issue for filmmakers on smartphones is whether or not you can turn off artificial sharpening. Artificial sharpening draws very thin black lines around outlines and leaves the impression that it’s sharper because the contrast is higher. But at the same time it makes videos kind of ugly. As a result, it’s not possible to match these videos with footage from Procams, which is what you want if you’re using your smartphone as a second unit/backup cam for special situations. As far as I found out, you can’t turn off artificial sharpening on the Iphone, but you can on some Samsung models. So that’s what I’m currently looking for. I would tend to use the filmic pro app anyway because it seems to be quite well developed and allows you to change smartphone models but keep the same UI.
Really glad you touched on the v60, a truly high quality, feature packed flagship at considerably lower price than the competition.
❤😘
someone needs to create a "smart camera". looks just like a smartphone but fill it with top of the line camera tech and leave out the communication technology.
I value the easy access SD card, and jack port a lot from the Sony.
Being able to hook up a microphone to like a rode wireless go is a very nice feature 😛
Super info, thanks
