What is service charge per month? I didn’t understand that. Do we need to pay service charge per month in addition to top up by card (as mentioned by bell ‘cost/life of airtine)

Good information, however, customers need to be aware of the details for each plan. My family currently uses METRO-PCS unlimited plan, and we pay a flat rate of $90 dollars a month, with no hidden fees or additional charges for 3 lines. We were considering switching over to Mint’s $20 dollar a month 8GB pre-paid plan, but after reading the fine print, we found out Mint Mobile adds almost $12 dollars in additional fees per phone per month. Taxes and other charges were not included or mentioned in the description of their plans, which in the end would have ended up costing us more than we currently pay.

Anything has got to be better than Hello Mobile with their fake unlimited plans. Hello Mobile sucks!!!!! They’re liars who need to be shut down. After purchasing an "unlimited" plan my data service was completely shutdown. This was after having Hello Mobile for only two weeks!! I called to find out why my data was suspended and they told me that I used up my data for the month. I was told by one of the supervisors that if I wanted more data, I would have to purchase a booster. Yet, when I called in to check my account, the automated system says that my account is active, no payment is due and I have purchased the unlimited plan. So much for unlimited data plan. One supervisor said that my data would be restored within 24 hours but that never happened!!

I called back and another supervisor told me that under federal law they had the right to completely stop my data. Not slow it down but stop it. their unlimited plan is a complete lie. This supervisor even blamed me for using to much data on an "unlimited" data plan. That if I wanted more data I could buy a booster. They also lied about giving me a free month of service. This company should be shut down for its fraudulent practices! Sprint should be careful about who they do business with…..

Everything they said went right over my head. Too technical. Their worst video ever.

I broke my cell phone screen. COVID limits my ability to get it fixed, or even to get a new phone. I need a prepaid phone to fill the gap between now and the time my full-time phone can be restored. I know nothing about this subject, so these videos have been extremely helpful. Thanks, David and David!

My mother and I are on shared 8GB New Verizon Plan. Paying an outrageous $160 a month. What would you change over to, it’s just my mother and I. I’m trying to save us money. I know she is spending way to much for just the two of us. Please help thanks.

Can you still watch movies with lower data speed? I really can’t afford WiFi / internet or cable these days!
I really appreciate your videos, they’ve been so helpful for me as Im not to literate on anything that’s electronic!! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣
I really appreciate the video you did where are you turn off the location for your phone so they don’t know or can’t keep track of how much data you use , also it helps with battery life too, but, I can’t find it anymore!🤦🏻‍♀️ Can you send me a link on it? I’d appreciate it. TYSVM!😎

Are all these prices include taxes, administrative fees, activation fees? That would give a true picture, otherwise, saving $10 per month is not going to be worth my time.

Hey y’all, I’ve been looking at Mint Vs Visible any thoughts on a comparison of those? I want to ditch my home internet and was very interested in visible being unlimited data for $40 a month but I also like the 12 month mint plan for 12GB $25 a month. I think Verizon (Visible) has a better network. What’s your thoughts on the cost benefit ratio of these options?

Hi, I don’t see a 6GB or 16GB prepaid plan for Verizon. Did they just change them to 5 and 15gb?

  17. OskiBear17 on August 3, 2021 at 10:06 pm

I like the idea of prepaid plan. I might use a gig of data a month. But I would like to get a new iPhone 11 Pro but not put $800-1000 up front. Any suggestion.

I pay for internet & WiFi monthly. I’ve been part of a family plan but now need to get my own cell phone plan. For awhile now I only use my iPhone for everything. Do I need Internet, WiFi & a cell phone plan if I only use my phone? Thanks
