Hi, I was wondering if you could help me choose my drawing tablet? I was always a traditional artist, and I wanted to get into digital art too as well, I was looking into pen displays, and I thought they were drawing tablets that you can carry them anywhere, they charge or need to be plugged-in to be on, but I was wrong, it needs to be connected to the computer to work, which mean without computer it’s completely useless. It’s just another screen to draw using your software comfortably; please let me know if there is more to that. And then there is this amazing expensive tablet, galaxy tab S7. That is so slim, the display is big but not too big, and it could do more than drawing, like a lot of tasks. Although all I need is a tool to draw digitally, since I have my laptop and phone to do all the other tasks. I was wondering which one is better. I was thinking to get myself as the pen display Huion kamvas 13 pro, but I feel hard choosing it over Galaxy’s one, what should I choose?

I’ve recently been looking for a good drawing tablet but don’t know what to get. It can’t be something that I can only look on a computer screen to see what I’m doing I also want to be able to see what I’m doing on the tablet it’s self. I want one that is easily transportable and that can fit into a back pack. I want to be able to take it with me anywhere,even in a car. Is there such a one or should I get something like an Ipad instead? Any suggestions?
With every wacom "non display" tablet I have connection problems on wirelles setup. Even on my Intuos pro paper edition jt wan’t connect per bluetooth on any device….

Dunno about anyone else, but when I’m presented with as insincere and patronising presenter as that, bookending what is quite clearly either someone else’s content or a script-reading marketeer who has precisely zero experiential engagement with the product or the field the product is aimed at, I’m immediately put off and begin to regard the advice offered as being less trustworthy than JML or Home Shopping Network infomercial which exists only as self serving click-bait or ‘links in the comments.’

If I have a beefy af desktop and I’m not looking to move it around with me much do should I get a non screen display and pair my desktop with a 4k monitor or should i go for a screen tablet, any artist prefer the feel of drawing to the desktop instead of having a screen where you are directly drawing ??
