1. you should get someone that knows something about drones.
2. some of these need to be registered with the FAA, that DJI phantom knock off need to be registered with the FAA, it is heavier than 250g.

i suggest buy a small drone
a warm recommendation for a drone is DJI mavic Air 2 because it is very easy to fly, it can make 4k 60fps video, there is no screen on the controller! It’s definitely great especially if you like to shoot quick montages like some videos and those actions. you have all the information here for him
