Has anyone heard the Infinity reference r162 6.5 inch book shelf speakers? I picked them up for $160 on sale. Not a lot of reviews on them but from what I can tell they are supposed to be good at $450 msrp. Any input would be appreciated.

I found your video while researching studio monitors.
After a little more research, I decided to purchase the Swan M100MKII. I just got them and hooked them up…I gotta say, I am extremely pleased!!! I found them at Chane Music on a closeout for $150!! Excellent clarity, and nice bass without a subwoofer. Two thumbs up!! Thank you!!!

If the speakers have a build in dac, can you still improve the speakers with another USB dac for your pc?

  21. Chad Ashton on June 23, 2021 at 2:14 am

With 50% sale going on…is there a better $100ish option than the Klipsch R-14M?

  22. xxWidex on June 23, 2021 at 2:15 am

In Malaysia, you can buy swans m10 for $71(RM320), so its probably the best speaker for value. In China though.. you can buy it at $40 dollar in their taobao.

  23. Exaco on June 23, 2021 at 2:16 am

    What about 2x Radiotechnika S90 ( ~180$ ) ? People say they’re best alltime speakers.
Probs they’re bit outdated, but a video about non-bookshelf speakers would be great or just something with some power. ( 150-500W ) for under 250$.

  24. Saurabh Deshpande on June 23, 2021 at 2:17 am

  27. Austin on June 23, 2021 at 2:20 am

I have a Klipsch SW-450 Subwoofer, could I practically use that with any pair of bookshelf speakers?

Also would I only need to buy can amp in addition to the speakers, subwoofer? Connecting to a PC (no sound card).

  28. Rick Hankins on June 23, 2021 at 2:22 am

So, what is it.. $150 – $250? The title says under $150 – $250. That would mean under $150. Its misleading. It has to be either under $150, or under $250. not both!

  29. Cutthroat Mc Rage on June 23, 2021 at 2:24 am

I got these new in the factory sealed box a week ago at a thrift store for $50 … How do you think these stack up in the mix of things >>>Corsair SP2500 2.1 Gaming Audiophile Computer Speakers. ????

    You guys forget polk audio?

  41. MartMart on June 23, 2021 at 2:38 am

that title name doesnt make any sense at all though.

  42. Wapn Perfo on June 23, 2021 at 2:44 am

Most speakers these days are garbage. Besides, the most important part is the amplifier. Go buy some used Paradigm Mini Monitors and a used Denon or Yamaha receiver… done. Thank me later.

  43. SanteeNL on June 23, 2021 at 2:45 am

Guys JBL LSR305 sound great and all, but what kind of speakers would you advice if you don’t care about mixing? Cheers

  44. Edward Barr on June 23, 2021 at 2:45 am

Though made for an American audience, you are giving good sound advice.Theres nothing wrong with your ears ,gentlemen, the Wharfedale Diamonds are excellent.Wharfedale products are are still UK designed but are assembled in China under close supervision of Wharfedale staff.

  46. Charles Ramirez on June 23, 2021 at 2:47 am

Can you do a review of the Harman Kardon Soundsticks III please?

  47. Doug Smith on June 23, 2021 at 2:47 am

After watching the videos for the Under $100 and the $150 to $200 speaker reviews plus some other bookshelf speaker reviews, I opted for the SMSL amp with a set of Polk T-15 bookshelf speakers.  I spent about 65 bucks on the amp and only 50 bucks for the pair of Polk T-15.  After purchasing some speaker wire and 3.5mm to RCA plug adapter to go from the computer to the amp, I was into the entire system for about 125 bucks.  The independent amp with regular bookshelf speakers is absolutely the most economical way to get the best sound for your computer system.  The Polk audio T-15 speakers for $50 a pair was a great hit and I have no need for a sub. I also add the app equalizer Boom 2 to control the sound.  Amazing sound for frugal dollars.  Thanks Mayflower electronics for the advice, plus Monoprice is a very well priced electronics store, I picked up my wiring supplies from them.

Has anybody tried the Elac debut b6 for $279?

  49. Nestor Lim on June 23, 2021 at 2:47 am

Reviewing speakers without sound test? It seems they are just reviewing clothes, they discuss colors?
