The manual says not to leave the rack in if you’re not using it. Just a little FYI so you don’t damage your microwave

Thanks for the awesome video! I was looking into getting this microwave and wanted to know how well does the fan recirculate air? I live in a condo and my vent has no exhaust to outdoors so it does nothing to help with smell while I cook. Thanks!

I’ve been looking at this Microwave- I have the Oven & Fridge. Now you’ve sold me on the Microwave.
I just bought this and about to install without venting outside, just recirculating. I don’t see any mention whether or not I need to cover two fans on top. Would you happen to know if I need to do anything, or just leave as is and install?

Have you heard of this SE issue? I just bought the one a tier below (this one isn’t in stock until June). I then heard there was an issue that when you boil water, the steam fries the circuit and your microwave is dead. I hope that was fixed. I installed mine Sunday. Used it twice. Used it again Tuesday and it wouldn’t heat anything. Luckily I had the holes drilled and the bracket up so I swapped it out in ten minutes. Has this one given you problems since the review? I now have concerns and I feel like I have to stick with Samsung. I can’t afford more holes in the drywall and cabinet!!!

Is anyone else distracted by the fact the cupboard doors are crooked?
The problem for me isn’t how well an appliance works but how well the manufacturer backs their product when it doesn’t.
I been given to understand that the general consensus is that Samsung Customer Service is abysmal at best.

I think with Samsung, it’s kinda the luck of draw. If you get a good one then you’re lucky and it will probably be great for many years 😊 but if you get a lemon, then you will have to put on your battle gear when you go to Samsung for help🤦♀️.
Any comments on the sound level of the range fan? We have a gas stove and need to use the fan constantly, really hoping for something quiet.

We bought this microwave, but we have a problem. When not in use, sporatecally it peep and we see message " press the start bottom". every time I press start I see 0.07 seconds commence. I hit end/clear. This goes on constantly at all hours. Help. How can stop this.

So…it will be a bit closer to the stove top & stick out farther from the cabinets. Wondering if that will be a problem. I don’t really think so but would value your opinion. Thanks again

End of cook time beeping – apparently this model beeps 3 times: Does the sound on/off feature turn off the beeping? I see that there is a function to turn off the remind signal – but 3 beeps makes my husband crazy and that’s what our current microwave does…
I bought this microwave just a year and couple months and just like that it stop working any idea why.

Replacing the "lamp board" is a pain. You can’t just replace a bulb.
JUNK! Stay away from all Samsung appliances!! My fridge has had issues since brand new. Over 10 service calls and it still won’t make ice. I purchased a microwave very similar to this one to match my fridge. It stopped working in a year or so. I was able to fix it by replacing the thermal sensor. Now another year or 2 later and it stopped working again. My wife had a pot of soup on the stove and the steam got up into it and it beeped and now shows the 5E/SE error. It’s made to go over the stove, but it’s not made to handle the steam that will naturally come while using your stove! I’ll never buy Samsung again!

I’m also late to the party here but just got this microwave and can’t figure out if there’s a way to do quick touches for 1-5 minutes or so. A lot of microwaves you just push the number. Am I missing something or should I change my habits to use the sensor cook for things like reheating?

Is that to be left alone?
