Thermador has recently redesigned their entire wall oven line with a new look plus convenient new features.
It has options such as Wi-Fi connectivity, a rotisserie, and an advanced meat probe, and easy-glide racks.
It also features a touchscreen and touch-sensitive controls.
However, it still has single-convection and no menu-driven controls.
The Wolf has two wall oven lines: E-Series and M-Series.
The E-Series has twin convection with independent thermostats for more temperature control thoughton the oven.
The M-Series has Verticross convection blowers, so the majority of the back side of the oven is a single convection system. It also adds more capacity because there are no fans.
It also has menu-driven touchscreen controls. This allows you to input what type of food you want and how you want it cooked. The oven will calculate the time, temperature and what rack to use.
Even though much of the Thermador is new, it still hasn’t caught up with the technology packed into the Wolf M-Series. But the Thermadors are much less expensive and allow you to save even more money with free hoods and dishwashers on qualified purchases.
thermador and wolf are truly the two best brands. you really cannot go wrong with either. I’ve owned both and absolutely love both.
I wish Wolf had a side swing door…
