Mario party game looks really fun I’ll have to look for that. Do they have it for iPad? I also love Mario kart. I’m old enough to know better than to play video games but seriously Is anybody ever really too old? I don’t think so.

Battle Block Theater
You don’t even include Battleblock Theatre, which I would consider to be the best co-op platformer I’ve played, but you include GTA V, which doesn’t even have split-screen. -__-

My babe and I play Halos 1-4 alot! 😀 We kick Covvie butt together! Since Halo 5 doesn’t have splti-screen, he plays and grinds Firefight on my account for me because I’m horrible at bigger maps compared to Halo Reach’s Firefight maps but he knows I REALLY want that Gravity Hammer stance. He hasn’t hardly touched his account and I feel so bad but I love him, he’s the best <3
What about WOW ans Smash Bros? LOL. Mario Kart would be #1 for sure!

I am really old school! We used to have Dr Mario tournaments with 2 of our kids! Miss that game. Also tetris tornies that could go on for hours:🤯
A few good games I can think of to play as a couple would be;
Final Fantasy XIV: With it being an MMO, it requires a good amount of co-operation, especially if one is the tank and the other is a healer, or in certain content, both tanks or both healers. Not to mention it has some mini-games to compete against one another in, as well as PvP. Platform/s: PS4 & PC
Earth Defense Force series (Pick any of them): A 3rd person shooter for up to 4 players where your only real goal is to kill every enemy in the stage, throw in highly destructible environments (especially in newer installments) and friendly fire, and it becomes utter chaos very fast. Platform/s: PS Vita & Xbox 360 (EDF 2017), PS3 & Xbox 360 (EDF 2025 & EDF: Insect Armageddon), PS4 & PC (EDF 4.1 & EDF 5) and PS4 (EDF: Iron Rain)
Monster Hunter series (Pick any, but I’d recommend Monster Hunter: World): A game pretty much made for co-operating with other Hunters to take down massive (no exaggeration in some cases) beasts with a host of weapons. Platform/s: PS4, Xbox One & PC (Monster Hunter: World)
God Eater series: A game in the same vein as Monster Hunter, but set in a post apocalyptic world where you are tasked with hunting monstrous creatures known as Aragami rather than Wyverns and other such beasts. Platform/s: PS4 & PC (God Eater: Resurrection, God Eater 2: Rage Burst and God Eater 3)
Everybody’s Golf (formerly known as Hot Shots Golf in the US): A golf game with more realistic physics and played on very realistic courses, with anime-styled characters. With it’s multiplayer mode, you can’t interfere with each other’s balls, but you can heckle your partner while they attempt to take a shot or sink a putt. Platform/s: PS4 (Everybody’s Golf and Everybody’s Golf VR)
Now, as for who I main in Dead or Alive, Ryu Hayabusa and Ayane.

So much violence! How about nice co-op farming games such as Farm Together, Stardew Valley, and my favorite, Pumpkin Days. These games can be found on Steam.

The game broforce is a fun 8 bit co-op that 4 people can play at once on the couch the more people you have the harder it is
The wife and I have played Age of Empires on LAN for years!! Until Windows 10 killed it 🙁 Also you missed Bubble Bobble and Gauntlet! Or am I just showing my age? 😀

I don’t know about video games, my husband doesn’t game, but Pictionary is an excellent board game for this. You get at least two couples fighting. Add more for more fun. It especially works well with young couples.
