I just turned 47. I’ve just started seeing sagging in the last year. If you could only get one at-home device, would you get this or the Pico? Definitely want the biggest bang for my buck
Sagging skin is definitely the number one issue, getting older has so many benefits but sagging skin isn’t one of them. I need a "lift" to my skin. Thank you for all you do, keeping my fingers and toes crossed.

I heard a plastic surgeon say not to use radio frequency all over the face because it melts fat in places we want to keep it. Does the device you’re using not do that?

My primary concern is the bags under my eyes. 😭 Would the RF machine get rid of my undereye bags? Is a bipolar or multipolar DIY machine better? My next concern are the "necklace lines" on my neck and tightening the skin there too.
What RF devices melt fat? At 58 I don’t need fat to be dissolved in my face and neck. I’m assuming the newa is not one of those devices and how do you know which ones do? The reason I’m asking is I’ve seen before and after pictures of women that had RF and afterward their face looked like it was melting. I want to buy the newa but want to make sure. Based on your review and other beauty bloggers, I decided that I wanted to try the Newa. They were having a Valentine’s Day sale so with your promo code and the sale, I was able to purchase it for $179.10 on February 9. The next day (10th), I got an email from them telling me that they had to cancel my order because they were having a problem with PayPal. They told me to check my account for a refund. I checked and there was no refund and told them so. On February 14th, I checked again and still no refund. I ended up calling them and they told me to be patient that it could take a couple days before it showed up. After a week, I contacted them again and they told me to file a claim with PayPal, which I did. After a couple more days, I finally got a response from PayPal on my claim. They rejected it because they said MyNewa never initiated a refund! I contacted MyNewa again, and they said they would take the issue to their management team and get back to me. A day or so later I got an email from MyNewa telling me that they couldn’t give me a refund because they never got the money from PayPal! Then why did they tell me they gave me a refund! Someone in their customer service department was lying. I sent them screen shots of my PayPal activity showing them that the device was charged to my credit card and got no response. This past Friday after receiving that infuriating email, I called and spoke to a different person in their customer service, who told me that she could tell that the issue never went to the management team and not to worry, she would let them know. Here I am several days later and I have not heard back from them. This is 3 weeks of trying to get a problem that wasn’t my fault worked out. Yesterday, I got my credit card bill with the charge to MyNewa for a device I never received. I gave up trying to get it worked out with MyNewa’s disaster of a customer service department and called my credit card company which was a piece of cake after dealing with MyNewa and PayPal. I read them the emails from MyNewa, and they credited back my account and told me to save all the emails from MyNewa proving their duplicity. I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before, and I’ve had a PayPal account for 19 years. I didn’t do anything wrong and MyNewa made it my problem. Instead of telling me to fix it, they should have worked it out with PayPal. They’re the ones who told me the problem was between them and PayPal. Just unbelievable. I don’t care how good their device is I wouldn’t want it if I got it for free. There are plenty of other devices out there that do the same thing and are just as good.
