I had the E-Z Tracer. It was a bit tricky to use, but as you saw in your video, it did work after a fashion.

The first item, the chopper, my Mom had one of those back in the very early 60’s, so it was being manufactured for a long time. My sister still uses it.

Batteries and the freezer – NOT a smart combination… ☺️ No, buy yourself a modern icecream maker with a built-in compressor, that’ll make you lots of yummy icecream, esp. great if you’re vegan and/or diabetic… ☺️👏👍

  18. LottaTroublemaker on October 20, 2020 at 6:54 pm

I remember buying that chopper. It worked well, but I never liked the way it chopped, so I soon dropped it (thrift store ☺️)…

That’s NOT how you set up a double boiler❗️❣️❗️ Put a bowl larger than the pot inside the pot, so that the bowl is suspended over the water, it should NOT touch the water (only steam is supposed to heat it), like yours were. The easiest option is to use a pot and a bowl with a larger diameter than the pot. The bowl can be a heat safe glass bowl or a stainless steel bowl.

  46. Gav on October 20, 2020 at 7:20 pm
