Sonos Arc in UK in stock at John Lewis https://john-lewis-and-partners.pxf.io/rkvLD #AD

  2. Juan Escobar on May 1, 2021 at 5:37 am

I just bought the Arc and Sub. What an amazing sound and bass. Eventually I will buy the other two speakers just didn’t want to break the bank. I definitely recommend it.

  3. Max Versluis on May 1, 2021 at 5:37 am

Of course its not worth it.

  4. Phillip McGough on May 1, 2021 at 5:39 am

got the same issue with alexa music! but cine-wise it’s awesome. my guests have jumped watching movies.

have beam, 2 x SL1 & a sub. plus 2 SL1 in the bedroom. playing with apple play i have the best soundscape i can imagine. ok it’s lockdown but this setup has boosted my appreciation of music so much

don’t believe the easy setup bs. most times you need to reset everything to add an object. i got the boost too – so limits that. but aurally? in my small flat? luxury!

  5. Ian Rowe Gaming. on May 1, 2021 at 5:39 am

Sonos Arc Set up with the new update is 5.2.2 Dolby Atmos Set up guys.

  6. It's Dawson on May 1, 2021 at 5:39 am

    Is it worth it?

I bought my Arc January 2021 15% off retail and I have to admit I love it, but I didn’t need it, but the fact I could afford it and feel warm and fuzzy in my TumTum every time I see it makes it worth every penny.

    Work hard, treat yourself.
    Broke as fuck? Keep hating🤣

  7. Rickenbacker954 on May 1, 2021 at 5:40 am

I just installed a Arc Shadow. $800. I’m so disappointed. It is only slightly better than my tv speaker (LG oled 65” CX) and its bass response is terrible.

  8. Burnzo's World on May 1, 2021 at 5:41 am

You can always point out the ones who can’t afford a system like this 🤣

  9. Jim Dery on May 1, 2021 at 5:42 am

Sonos are sh1te, I’ve had three products with blown capacitors. Very poor lifespan.

  10. Redbulletx on May 1, 2021 at 5:44 am

I ordered the Sonos Arc and 2 Sonos One’s (gen2). Is that a good setup for watching movies/shows and occasional music, or is the subwoofer mandatory for some bass?

  11. David M Yee on May 1, 2021 at 5:45 am

The Sonos Arc is over one thousand dollars on Amazon.

  12. Jim Richard on May 1, 2021 at 5:45 am

People are saying the Arc is the best sounder out there but there are higher end units now available. How about comparing to the Sennheiser for example which is only $640.00 more than a full Arc setup and is being sold by Best Buy now. No sub or surrounds needed.

  13. Godfrey Colhoun on May 1, 2021 at 5:46 am

Agreed with every aspect of this review. The Alexa set up is very hit and miss – but apart from that – wow does it sound so good!

  14. EibonTech on May 1, 2021 at 5:48 am

Got the beam and the arc. Think I have to return the arc because it is definitely not even close to sounding $400 better

  15. Vicente Sanz on May 1, 2021 at 5:50 am

Can you compare the beam with the arc?

  16. Petr Žikovský on May 1, 2021 at 5:51 am

Like your review. DO you think that ONE could be replaced by SYMFONISK Bookshelve from IKEA?

  17. TrapGOD on May 1, 2021 at 5:52 am

    Sonos or bose soundbar 700?

  18. gio torres on May 1, 2021 at 5:53 am

i got the jbl 5.1 on special for 300 at best buy now that was a 300 well spent

    orginal price was 500

  19. Glenn Birtwistle on May 1, 2021 at 5:55 am

I’ve pulled the trigger on a full sonos system. New OLed Sony Bravia, eArc, Arc, sub, 4 sonos ceilings speakers, 2 amps. Im just waiting for the plaster to dry in the new extension and the Arc and sub to arrive before I can hook it all up. Cant wait.!

  20. Kevin's Prostate Cancer Recovery on May 1, 2021 at 5:56 am

I’ve seen the arc mounted to the TV, and it looks slick. I do wonder if that mount affects the Screen or the sound?

  21. Steve Pollom on May 1, 2021 at 5:56 am

Have you reviewed the 2 sub set up

  22. Garrett on May 1, 2021 at 5:57 am

The ambeo eats this alive lmao. You can add rears to the sonos, sure, but that can’t change the shit sound you’re hearing. Best thing about the ambeo – you can add an SVS PB4000 sub which demolishes any soundbar sub in this era let alone the majority of home theater subs as well.

  23. Batman The dark knight on May 1, 2021 at 5:58 am

Planning on getting rid of my atmos speakers because of the space in my tiny room and put up two sonos SL and the beam but I’m still confused if I should just go for the sony ht x8500 that support atmos even though it’s only a 2.1 system but it doesn’t work with background speakers as sonos or I should I just live with the beam 5.1 with SL speakers because I don’t have Earc hdmi but only arc which doesn’t support dts X but atmos is the sonos arc worth the price for atmos vs the beam with 2 SL?

  24. Stephen Galvin on May 1, 2021 at 5:58 am

Is it ok to mount the sound bar above the TV? I have a pretty high ceiling 3.5m so was thinking it might be better for atmos. And most of the TV’s I’m looking at you can’t fit the sound ar under it unless it’s all wall mounted. By mounting soundbar above you can still have the TV on a cabinet

  25. Justsome Randomdude on May 1, 2021 at 5:59 am

Returned the Arc and kept the Playbar. For the life of me I couldn’t fix the lip sync problem with it.

  26. Bakelit Suisse on May 1, 2021 at 6:00 am

Great video, as usual! I would like to share my experience so far: I have mine since one week along the excellent LG CX6. As I have more sources than the 4 HDMI inputs from my new TV, I had to choose and buy a HDMI switch. I acquired the KINIVO 550BN. A bit pricey, but working smoothly. As along as you don’t switch on all your sources @ the same time, it does the automatic selection from the source feeding it. No more need to choose the HDMI input on your TV. My sources which are: Apple TV 4K, Panasonic UB820, TV Box & Nintendo Switch. The KINIVO worked smoothly for all sources. For the AUDIO, I am using the e-arc output from LG TV to the Sonos ARC (please use the supplied cable within the bar). LG keeps in memory the E-ARC output each time you are switching it on. My setup is then DOLBY VISION & ATMOS enabled. Amazing picture quality and sound! I wanted to share this, because I have red many strange things on the net and wanted help people who were facing hiccups like me. Thank you for reading my post which I hope will be helpful somehow…;-)

  27. AC Milan 1899 on May 1, 2021 at 6:01 am

No e arc on tv no dice.

  28. HoundDogMech on May 1, 2021 at 6:05 am

    $1000 for a 5.1 system Ridiculous

  29. Historydiggerpat on May 1, 2021 at 6:06 am

Keep in mind. Sonos is Anti Android and no Bluetooth

  30. wingedambassador on May 1, 2021 at 6:06 am

I have Amazon echo and bbc app isn’t working so I don’t think it’s sonos

  31. Richard Åsberg on May 1, 2021 at 6:07 am

I ordered the Arc and the sub and now I’m on the fence if I should get the One SLs as well. Guess best thing is to start with what I already ordered to hear what it sounds like

  32. Aaron Torres on May 1, 2021 at 6:10 am

thank you. just bought one and now I feel better about my purchase.

  33. Stacy Smith on May 1, 2021 at 6:11 am

I only have a small room, about 10ft Square…would the sub be too much?

  34. RC Aesthetics on May 1, 2021 at 6:13 am

Do you have a link to the test video you used?

  35. Andy Thng on May 1, 2021 at 6:15 am

Can you share where you bought the One SL wall mounts?

  36. Edgar Carrillo on May 1, 2021 at 6:20 am

That sub placement comment towards the end is awesome, I was a bit worried about it! Also, does the sub pair well with the beam?

  37. Nana Woahene on May 1, 2021 at 6:21 am

Have the issues with Alexa been resolved?

  38. D H II on May 1, 2021 at 6:22 am

What video demo are you playing to test the surround sound features? I assume it’s a Dolby Atmos demo. Is it a local copy or are you streaming it? I want to find one that isn’t using compressed audio (Youtube) and uses as much of the available bandwidth of the eARC connection. I have all the hardware to support ultra high speed HDMI including a HDFury Arcana.

  39. Sup Herb on May 1, 2021 at 6:24 am

SONOS HANDS DOWN!!!!! CUT THE OVER ANALYTICS OUT… FLAWLESS.

  40. Gordon Patterson on May 1, 2021 at 6:24 am

What about that common problem of the sound dropping out when in atmos, has had loads of people ditching the arc and returning to playbar

  41. Lee mcmurray on May 1, 2021 at 6:26 am

I have the Sonia arc with sub and it’s the boom

  42. N k on May 1, 2021 at 6:26 am

Very nice review. Thank you. I would also be interested to see a Bose 700 with Sub review from you if possible.

  43. Fulv P on May 1, 2021 at 6:27 am

Great video thank you. A comparison review between the beam ans the arc would be very useful. I cannot decide which one to get and if the arc is worth the extra money.

  44. Jon's ATV & Outdoor Channel on May 1, 2021 at 6:28 am

I got the Arc and Sub to pair with my Q90T back at launch. Love them so much. How much do the One SL’s improve the experience? When I move into my new place I’m thinking about adding those 2 to compliment the Arc & Sub if you recommend it.

  45. IT GURU on May 1, 2021 at 6:28 am

Best 📺 the 77 inch LG CX OLED and best audio is this system. Yes I have this setup in my 11×9.6×9 room. Amazing and mounted of course.

  46. HW2800 on May 1, 2021 at 6:30 am

    No!

  47. Michael Pitts on May 1, 2021 at 6:32 am

I was listening to your sonos review on my sonos system :’D

  48. Karim Gamal on May 1, 2021 at 6:32 am

Can u post a link of the demo video. Many of us are asking for it. Thank u 🙏

  49. T K on May 1, 2021 at 6:32 am

Sonos are descent but not great. You are lured to buy more Sonos to boost sound quality. Sonos app is hell. Sonos drop support for old devices. Stay away from Sonos, imo.
