I send selectively on Amazon. Only purchase specific items that are much more cost effective but nothing else. I buy online but only brick/mortar in my location. Should I not keep the purchase, I can return. I often buy in store items priced appropriately equivalent but prefer expertise on specific products. If I can’t get the product in store will order. Ppl who do all their retail with companies who pay employees slave wages I rarely patronize.

No I still like best buy and I visit there for most of my pc/electronic stuffs! I get my hdds, rams, flash drives, console accessories, laptops from there! Best buy is amazing, they have amazing replacement and/or refund policy, good inventory and friendly stuffs! On top of that you get the item same day! Just get out of the house! Amazon has become Craigslist lately by housing all the fake Chinese products and third party sellers and regardless being prime member, you wait for days for your product, then you find the product is faulty and burn your gas to drop it off to the nearby ups or Amazon station and wait for the money back! Support the physical stores and stop such crooked corporates like bezos to take over the greatness!

Best buy is no good if you’re gonna buy a service warranty and they damage your product they will not replace.." there’s nothing else we can do". So what’s the point of paying extended warranty. Almost 20 years ago I bought a laptop at Best buy and had trouble with it 17 days later. When I returned it to Best buy they said they only had a 15-day warranty. I eventually got the computer repaired from the manufacturer but I have never set foot in a Best buy again. I now buy a lot from Amazon and I have returned three items in the last six years. It was no hassle and I buy at least five or six products a month and my wife daughter and son also buy products from Amazon. I will never go back to Best buy.

I had some old hard drives i wanted retrieve data from. Haven’t own a desktop in years, so i needed the cables that would allow me to connect them to usb. Amazon had them for 10 to 15 bucks. I didn’t want to wait for shipping so I decided to check Best Buy. I was already expecting it to cost more, but I didn’t mind if I could get right now. It didn’t cost a little more. It cost 3 times more at 45 us dollars. That’s just ridiculous, for mere cables. I bought from Amazon and haven’t stepped inside a best buy sinced.
