    Beautiful. Amazing work. My only critque, if there is one, and I say this as someone with amateur competition/ coaching experience, is the lack of space around the small heavy bag. But, given the adequate room required for heavy bag and double end work, it can be a challenge. But, a really nice gym. Beauty.

    I can see the gym was well thought through! We have the same type setup, cardio and strength side. Love being able to walk in there any time of the day. Quick question: I couldn’t make out what you used for the insulation? That’s prob the only thing we are lacking. Oh, and we do want to add can lighting. Thanks in advance for answering.
