In the last two months or so, we have had almost 30 new ham radio operators licensed. As a result, the questions are constant about how to set up a station.     Way don’t you use power poles for how many power supply you have it would make ur life hole lot easier?

    I’m new to all this and learning from the ground up. I have question. If you have a HF radio and HF antenna can you transmit on uhf/vhf frequencies? Or do you need two different radios and antennas?

    Taking my tech test soon & starting to look at base stations so this is really helpful. Have a handheld for now but I wasn’t completely aware I’m going to need a power supply.
