Small Kitchen Appliances | My Top Cooking Choices

In this video I talk about my top cooking appliances and how they help me cook healthier, quicker & easier. I love my crockpot slow cooker for easy dinners, my Forman grill for fast light lunches & grilling similar to a BBQ taste & my new convection oven from Cuisinart that also features an air fryer. I also talk about buying groceries and even give you a fast dessert idea. Although our how to videos appeal to many men & women over 50 & 60, this video vlog could be of interest to a man or woman in their thirties or forties too who wants to cook faster & easier. Enjoy!

    Your air fryer is the exact same one our daughter bought for my husband for Christmas! We absolutely love it! And you’re right — wings turn out perfect! Nobody would guess they were cooked in an air fryer! The only thing he’s cooked that we really decided was better pan-fried on top of the range is pork chops. They just weren’t as tasty.
    One of my favorite vegetables to cook on the George Foreman Grill is yellow squash. I like to slice it very thin on my mandolin, spread in one layer on the grill, spritz with a bit of olive oil or even cooking spray, and grill several minutes until you get good grill marks. Then sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, and serve immediately. It is sooo good!!!
    Thanks for another great video! Always enjoy them! Oh, and I will have to check out that cookbook for the air fryer! 😍

    Your chili looks delicious ! I really like that air fryer – might have to give that one a try. Is it noisy when it is cooking ?

    Thanks for the video….Want to let you know you can make homemade Chili Powder-google it….i just do the basic…leave out what you think might sound not that good! And does not have all that SALT!

    Hi Heather,
    My dad used to make beef pepper steak in the coffee pot he brought along in the hotel when we would go on vacation. (the original crock pot) He loved to cook. Enjoyed the video! The chili recipe sounds delicious! 𝐻𝒶𝓅𝓅𝒾𝓃𝑒𝓈𝓈, 𝒯𝑒𝓇𝑒𝓈𝒶

    I like to cook with crock pot too, such easy tool 👍🏻 My husband operates the George Foreman grill whenever he does his sausages. We don’t have an Air Fryer Oven, not sure if we do need it, as we don’t eat a lot these days, but since we are similar to your situation (just the 2 of us now), I suppose we could give it a go too 🤔😅 Thanks for sharing these with us 🤗
