I have never been able to swallow pills, but with this technique it was mind-blowingly easy. I didn’t feel anything.

I have dysphagia. Does this work as well with tablets? I’m asking because I cannot do the pop bottle method.

At the age of 17, I still have fear of swallowing pills. Although there are lucky times I could swallow it normally or with a fruit attached, yet I still don’t know how to remove this fear. I hate to be laughed at and then tell me "It was so damn easy!" cuz it ain’t. I envy people who are my peers and they already swallowed huge ones.
