  9. L Roche on January 23, 2021 at 8:16 pm

Look in good will stores and Valu Village for high-end items. I have found three vita mixers, for less than $30 each, a fantastic vacuum sealer for $6 and lots of Le Crueset frypans, roasters and pots. The king of finds is a commercial Kenwood Mixer that beats out Kitchen Aid by a country mile. With the money I’ve saved, I can put towards other items for my kitchen.

    I couldn’t care less about a Lambo…..but I’ll take a VitaMix over a NinjaBullet thing every time.

  15. Alan Rowe on January 23, 2021 at 8:22 pm

No info on the knives he uses in the lists. Too bad they are interesting looking. For a great knife and an amazing price Ikea of all places can get you very nicely appointed in a kitchen with pots, pans, cutting boards, and lots of mixing and miss en place items. Their knives (Steel handled with ridges) have become my favs even over Henkels.
