    Y’all should check out a puppy backpack like Dan and Chelle tested with Louie. It would make it easier for you to take Finn on longer, more strenuous walks/climbs. He could still get exercise but would make it easier for you if he got tired. I love how happy Finn is to go on these walks with you.

    I tried to go vegan a while ago cuz I have high cholesterol but for some reason no matter how much I ate I was still really hungry an hour later 😒 I don’t know why but I’m trying to start portion controlling to get myself used to smaller portions

    I think this is your body telling you that you’re at a healthy weight and that it doesn’t need to lose more weight. If you keep exercising, since muscle weighs more than fat, all of the fat will turn into muscle and allow you to keep building muscle! Focus on building muscle and not losing weight. It’s a healthier less critical mindset that my dietician taught me! Overall you look great and keep maintaining that awesome lifestyle!

    One of my favorite summertime lunches is chopped up red onion, avocado, and tomato with a little bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar sprinkled over the top. It’s a delicious lunch for hot summer days. I would also recommend looking into vegan Indian dishes like chana masala and aloo gobi. They are fun to make and really yummy!

    I’m trying to do intermittent fasting and working out in the morning. But I think I have celiac/gluten intolerance because I’m not seeing anything happen at all to my stomach/mid-section and it’s so discouraging! But I’m still trying to eat clean and move my body anyway just to stay healthy! Can’t wait til covid is over so I can go to the doctor!

    I do enjoy the Morning Star brand. I was watching Finn running up the hill & remembered that Chelle & Daniel had been gifted a doggy hiking vest for carrying Louie. I know Finn needs exercise, but I was feeling sorry for his poor little stubby legs running up that mountain. Wearing him on your back would be like lifting weights.

    You are an inspiration; I kept thinking how would I do this on my own (my husband is a huge carnivore) but seeing that Britt isn’t doing it with you and you’ve gone to dinner with your parents too.     Jared, take this suggestion or not… Please wear sunscreen! As a red hair, freckled native Floridian, I cannot stress enough the importance of sunscreen and sleeves. I know you want to get tanned for your lady, I can assure you, Britt would rather have your pale and alive not tanned and skin cancer. Its a real thing! My Dad worked his whole life (81 years) in the sun, first as a farmer’s child/teen and then as a licensed surveyor for the State of Florida Department of Transportation surveying the roads. We had no clue the importance of long sleeves while in the sun and sunscreen wasn’t even heard of when he was young. Dad spent the time after he 60 watching for skin cancers before they were to far gone to treat or cut out. So please use sunscreen, wear long sleeves and a hat (not a baseball cap) when you are outside for extended periods of time.

    only vegan food is not good for health you must mixed you body neets all the vitamins what come from meat and fish i nothink say when people do vegan food also but not only vegan you never get the vitamis what the body needs and the products you buy you mean you get the vitamis your body needs no this pills are overdose and the body take all of the pills out so you has not more vitamins while you take the pills mixed good but please dont do only vegan you not healtier than other people they not eat vegan no doktor will say only vegan is the best for health thats not truth but a good mix is good so 2 days vegetarian 2 days with fish or meat and rest vegetarian or vegan i know it gives good recipes for food vegan but you can not only vegan think about it jared you have a view ways lost wight when you mean you has with your body problems but i think you dont really has ! greetings

    Please make sure your spraying Finn’s back and ear tips with sun cream! I have had white dogs forever and when they get older got issues with their skin and ear tips and the vets said if I would have put factor 50 sun cream spray they would never have had the issues.     Dallas girl, here! I’ve changed my lifestyle by eating according to the Whole 30. Protein, veggie, healthy fat. No sugar has been the biggest difference in my weight loss. My husband is vegan – not for weight loss, but for overall health. I will say it is a pain for our family of 5 to eat out. Fortunately, he eats shrimp and salmon occasionally so we can still get takeout from our fave Mexican food places!

    I read that Dasani and Aquafina water have a high pH which means they’re very acidic and that’s not good water to drink for us nor for Finn to have either!! Just something I learnt recently 😧😧

    The majority of the Morning Star brand are not vegan they are vegetarian and there are other brands out there that are just vegetarian a lot of times even though it specifies plant-based they will add egg as a binder.
