While the PS4 is still set with plenty of fantastic titles like Resident Evil: Village, the PS5 saw its fair share of amazing exclusives in 2021. So, here are GameSpot’s Best PlayStation Exclusive Games of 2021, with a focus on the PlayStation 5.

I’m not a fanboy (of any platform), but two of the games listed aren’t even Playstation exclusives: Kena, and Deathloop, are also on PC. I’m not trying to be pedantic and snippy, but if the video is about Playstation exclusives, then they should be exclusive to the console and not available anywhere else e.g. Ghost of Tsushima, etc.
I probably wouldn’t consider deathloop a playstation exclusive.

Kena really was an excellent game, and I think of all the titles listed itβs the easiest to overlook. Frankly I thought it was way better than Deathloop, but maybe lacked the overall polish of R&C

Deathloop was awful! The worst Arkane game i ever played.
Played most of these and I gotta say, Deathloop was forgettable and overrated. Not terrible, just not as great as I’d thought it’d be. 7/10. Dishonored and Prey are both better games
these five games alone PS5 won 2021. All the exclusive PS5 games released since launch, combined with the PS4 enhanced PS5 games, is proof enough on why PS5 will win this console generation.

Gawd, is this an advertisement for the game or the console.. ? Most of these games can be played on the PS4 and PS4 Pro and with an SSD drive they load just as quickly. I’ve had an SSD in my Pro for 3 years now.

Listen, we don’t give out a lot of ten out of ten review scores here at gamespot, but when we do we make sure it’s for all the wrong reasons.
Arkane is great but Deathloop is not a pinnacle of the genre and it’s not a 10/10.
Kena and deathloop exclusives…., Esxclusives is gost of tushima and demons souls. This gen xbox >ps5

My backlog is getting out of hand, Returnal, Halo, Forza Horizon, Rachet, FC6, Desthloop and Metroid Dread. I own them all but my left arm is still recovering from surgery. One of these days one of these days.

Kena is a wonderful game, but man, as someone expecting a good short single player experience, I didnβt expect how difficult the game was going to be.
It seems that Deathloop is going to be another high scored game that will fall into oblivion since I don’t see anyone talking about it anymore. Actually, even before its release the hype wasn’t that high. My perception, though.
Astrobot is my fave ps5 game I want a full size open world experience
Returnal is the most difficult game I ever played but its so addicting and fun
Ratshert and blank is shert if this was on Xbox it would have features that look way better than PS4 or 5

Deathloop has to be one of the most undeserving 10s of all time
Only real exclusives were returnal and rift apart, all others are on pc and/or will be on xbox
Ghost of Tsushima
The second half of Deathloop was absolute chore to play. The novelty wears off, it gets EXTREMELY repetitive, you get overpowered too fast, and the ending was very bland. Not sure how it got a 10/10. I only finished it because I paid for it.
