TYPES OF REFRIGERATOR

1 Single door Refrigerator = DC (Direct cool Refrigerator )
The capacity of single door Refrigerator starts from 170 to 240 ltrs (approx)
2 FROST FREE REFRIGERATOR = FF (Multi door Refrigerator)
The capacity of Frost free Refrigerator starts from 220 to 984 ltrs (Approx)
The Frost-free Refrigerators are in different types such as 2-Door( Double Door), 3-Door (Triple Door), 4-Door (French Door), S B S (Side by side) and B M R (Bottom Mounted Refrigerator)
TECHNOLOGIES
a) Inverter type or Non Inverter type Refrigerator
In an inverter refrigerator the compressor does not starts and stop, but runs at slow speed just enough to maintain the required temperature in the fridge at all times. So the compressor in an inverter fridge does not waste electricity in starting up at regular intervals and runs very efficiently at the slowest speed.
Non Inverter type Refrigerator
Non-inverter compressors run at a fixed speed, which means that their control of the temperature inside the fridge is limited. In extreme cases, you will hear it short-cycling. Short-cycling is when compressors are turning on and off in quick bursts.
