When I am trying to download the google services framework it just keeps saying “There was a problem parsing the package.” It says that not matter which version I download do you know the fix?

Fire tablet with Google play store is a good tablet. Samsung is the best but also way more expensive I picked a fire tablet on eBay for 75 and put the store on it .. it is what I needed and I love it. Too each his or her own.
fire hd 10 got busted and my dad got me this fire hd 8 and it is a piece of crap. i can’t even see the bell icon that is supposed to be on the main youtube page that tells you channels you are subbed to that posted new videos.

The Google play services isn’t working when I download the file it says "App not installed" how could I fix this?

I installed the APKs that corresponded to FireOS version (7.3.2.1) in the correct order, didn’t open them separately, installed without opening, restarted the tablet, and it doesn’t work.
When I try to open PlayStore, the loading screen with logo shows for .5 seconds and then the tablet returns to homescreen, as though PlayStore is crashing out.
Ugh.
Anybody know how I can remove / revert and try again (or not).

Only problem is that you won’t receive notifications on apps like YouTube. I did this with my Fire HD 10 and don’t receive notifications nor can I see the community parts of each YT channel. My notifications for YT are shown to be on in the Fire settings… Amazon seems to block any notifications coming from Google Playstore apps…FYI
