Gears pop will take years or a lot of money to get those last two cheives.
I managed to do devil may cry 4 100% when i seen dmc5 have thw same achievements i cried a little
I 100% Sekiro, but I also really enjoyed that game. I did have to grind quite a bit at the end after all my playthrough endings though.
Ace combat 7 yes I got all the achievements for that game but what a game my top no 1 game of the year for me but yes getting S rank on mission 9 was bloody hard took me 23 times to do it also no damage in all mission was hard to.
I already have all the achievements for Gears 5. Easy.

I hate having to beat a campaign over and over again to get multiple achievements. Or games that make you beat it on easy or normal then you unlock hard and/or impossible/insane/realistic. Like Gears and Devil may Cry. Just let me get destroyed on the hardest difficulty. Dont make me do multiple playthroughs.
Remnants took me 80 hours to 100% at no point was it hard even on nightmare
Sekiro was easy though

I’ve completed none of them since I’m not interested except maybe Sekiro. I’ve done my fair share of grinding in games I despise. The only games I’ll grind are games I know I’ll enjoy playing which I can count on 1 hand
Fortnite should be on there the last 4-5 achievements are not real but yea nvm it didn’t come out this year

Ace Combat 7 was the most difficult 100% completion I ever did. And also the best.

Remnant is not that hard, you need 2 playthroughs but the rest you can do on adventure mode
I still haven’t 100%ed DMC4 🙁
Remnant shouldn’t be on here… you can get all the achievements in adventure mode. Yea it’s kinda rng, but both a friend of mine and I got all the achievements in like a week or two. You can play it on co op and there’s a difficulty selection as well.
Gears 5 on insane is by far the hardest campaign
Only have 2 achievements left in slay the spire! Finishing it up soon! Makes me feel way prouder knowing it made Maka’s top 10 list! Gt: Steaksaucepie
DMC5? really Maka?…..DMC5 is so much fun even on Hell and Hell,the hardest thing about DMC5 is Bloody Palace and the reason for that is the clock and the Fury enemies, i only have to beat BP as Nero and V and S rank the whole game left and i can’t do BP because despite how good i am at the game they both lack Dantes ability to do freeflow combos

Gears achievement lists have always been bad, sure have a couple tough ones, but every release they just get harder and harder
DMC hell n hell isnt so bad, i have grown up with the franchise though
Man I despise roguelikes. How the hell are they still relevant? What is the appeal of brutal difficulty and repetitive gameplay? You could play some seriously good *series* with 100 hours.
The Seriously achivement in Gears of War 1, 2 and Gears of War Judgment isn´t difficult since you have to do all declassified missions in Judgment on Insane
Get 10000 kills in versus ranked matches in Gears of War 1 and get 100000 kills in any mode in Gears of War 2.
But Gears of War 3, 4 and 5 is not worth it because it is grindy as fuck.
And justto point it ou Gears of War is my favourite XBOX / Microsoft franchise but those Seriously 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 achievements ……. NO.
What about Cuphead?
You haven’t played Judgment! Amazing game and story on the PS4 but very long story and needs to be done atleast twice, one regular and once on legend which isn’t easy and have to beat and 100% all mini games and if you know Yakuza games that takes forever and they are highly skill based then beat all 100 side missions, taking usually 10-20 mins long. This is very hard but sadly not much have played the game so no one knows how good the game is storywise or how hard the platinum will be
I completed Sekiro but would not dare try any of the other games on this list.

(I would personally reformulate the title as "hard to platinum" as that is what you mean by "hard")
So imo DMC isn’t that hard, I completed it in about 60 hours. Do you not take exploits into account? I’d say without exploits then yeah it’s definitely hard but with its more like 7/10 difficulty.

Haven’t played any of these except Gears 5, with game pass there are too many games to play and I can’t decide what to start, to the point where I just end up skipping everything and play the same few games every day.
The achievement in Gears 5 to do a master escape without shooting was much easier before the incompetent developers made it practically impossible
Ahhh, don’t even get me started on "Slay the Spire" XO so many horrible memories! I swear dark souls was freaking easier than it >XO!!!
Gears 5 is hard? 😂 I played Gears 1-3 with my friend. Gears 4 he moved out of the city and I didn’t care for the game. Gears 5 I realized I was alone and the experience was not the same. Then again I don’t play for the achievement. I just play to finish it, save up, take them to GameStop and get a new one.

Wargroove is the most difficult game I’ve ever played in my life
Great list as always. Missed your honorable mentions this time though :). And I was expecting frostpunk to make it to the list. It’s a similar completion story as in DMC5, although it only has 4 levels (however one level takes 2-4 hours). Base Game is not easy, only 0,2% can complete it on hard and only 0,05% of players make it through the endless challenges on hard / extreme. However after that there is a survival mode, that is harder than hard but without active pausing, saving and checkpoints.
No cap, Gears 5 is just pure stress
