Besides Zenfone 8 which won by default for being the only compact flagship, only the most mainstream make it on the list.
Why do all reviewers make it seem like magic eraser is a new thing? The tensor hype is a lot, Samsung been doing this fir a while, no tensor.

I think the wording of "the best phone for most people" needs to be adjusted.
For the 256gb version of the pixel 6 with tax it cost around 770$.
That’s is flagship level money.
I don’t think that it should be considered as a good "for most people". Phone.
Also, this is also a tough sell imho when you consider the big competition from the Chinese brands. Look at Realme, Honor and xiaomi.

Wished Google had released the Pixel 6 pro in 256gb cloudy white/sorta sunny in the UK! Both Apple and Samsung do different storage options for all their flagship phones. So come on Google give the people more storage options please! 🙂
If you think the 5a takes good photos or videos put it against the iphone 12. It gets crushed in every possible way. Cameras, speakers, screen, build, software
Was thinking of picking up a 5a since it should be able to do the upcoming c band but heard Google hasn’t said they would supply the update to do the c band.
More heavy bricks in pocket, don’t want any of them too heavy. This obsession with bigger and bigger screens is so boring now, plus the weight with 5000ma battery is just too much. The Asus is still too large.
Android phones really suck they are just for people that can’t afford iPhones. Instead of pixel 6 get an iphone 13 mini you’ll get 5 years os updates, much better cameras, better build, better screen, faster processor and support from apple for just $100 more.

No such thing as the best phone since they all have pros And cons…99% of flagship phones do the same , especially in basic apps. Everything else is preference. Especially the camera

With the One Plus 9 I feel it isn’t as bad as everyone tried to make it seem, only downside is the price. Even the camera isn’t as bad as everyone makes it seem unless you’re unnecessarily zooming in on every pic you take. Overall it’s a very solid performing phone. Much better than my recent S21+ with a trash Exynos 2100 chip
Pixel 6 is a nice looking phone but that chip they put in there it @#%& that phone up like a @%$&*^#%^@ you can watch battery go down like a timer @#%$
I have a s21 ultra and a oneplus n10 5g, I use my n10 more.. it’s great for a budget phone
Selling my zenfone 8. Bad battery life and micro lag here and there. Form factor is amazing though.

The s21 ultra does have compromises, Samsung’s software isn’t fluid or smooth at all, it is terrible at receiving software updates and it will get slow after a few months of use.
Aso why does everybody forget that pixels aren’t available in most countries?? 🙁

For Android fans from India, Asia and developing countries like me (i.e. South Africa), this list is generally aimed at markets like the US and UK. For one, Google Pixel is not available in a majority of markets around the world, and true budgets phones were not considered on the list. The Google Pixel 5A is midrange. You are unlikely to see Chinese brands and true budget offerings on a list like this. This is mainly due to the market dynamics in countries like the USA.
