Just to inform you, the Tales of series didn’t start on the PS1. Tales of Phantasia was first released on the Super Nintendo (Super Famicom). And then later on the GBA.
These are not rares, most are collect editions. Rare games are Magna Carta 2, Spectral Force 3 and Operation Darkness.

Putting special editions wasn’t fair. I’ve noticed this in every list of rarest 360 games. If they weren’t included, Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland would be on here

id have to disagree, gears of war 2 japanese edition and Blur(Blur Racerz) should be amongst the rarest. Gears 2 JE is rare to find and buy and Blur is a non existent game in the xbox 360 online marketplace. and its getting harder to find these days, buying the physical disc(s) including Gears 2 JE.
Does anyone know the rarity of Too Human? I heard they got sued for misusing the Unreal engine during development & all new copies were removed from store shelves… I have an unsealed copy.
