    Stupid apple.

One problem with the legion 5 pro is the stutter
    It happens rarely.
I’ve been playing an f1 game for the past week, maybe 2 hours a day, and I’ve had the stutter only twice, and that too just 5 minutes apart. It’s not a huge deal. It’s a 5 second thing, but it’s annoying and I just wanted to mention it

Really guys? Not even an honorable mention for the Asus ROG G15 Advantage Edition? I got this baby 2 months ago and it packs a punch! Runs COD: Vanguard on Ultra settings with Average FPS of 80-90, RDR2 with 128 and smashes other games as well. Should reconsider your choices guys!

  4. Ranelle King on December 21, 2021 at 1:52 pm

I can’t help but finding myself wanting to pass over over the Legion 5/5 Pro for the Legion 7/7i, though 🤤

even the huawei matebook 14 amd is a good deal despite it being an amd ryzen 5 4600h…

I really expected Framework Laptop in the honorable mention!

  7. Levi Cruz on December 21, 2021 at 1:54 pm

Literally returning a legion 5 17" with 5800h and 3060 because spikes in ping while gaming, shame because i paid 900 for it on cyber monday

  8. Rahul Singh Randhay on December 21, 2021 at 1:55 pm

ASUS ROG STRIXXX!!!! It may not be a Zephyrus by any means, but it packs so much of a punch (I’m able to get GTA V running at max settings w average 190FPS!!). It’s also the only laptop with a plastic body that I would recommend. It presents one of the best RGB options on the market, which can all be controlled within the Asus Armoury Crate software. Along with this you can customise fan settings so you ensure that your CPU and GPU never throttle. (obviously all of this is a very biased as my only computer is the STRIX)

Yo, I am a 3rd year Mech Engr. student, so I need power as well as portability from a potential laptop, my price range is 1,500 – 2,000 dollars what do you recommend. Also, I personally don’t like macs…

I think leaving out the Acer Swift X is a bad call. That laptop is arguably the best sub $1000 on the Windows side

Ya dude it’s tough to deny how good Apples M series chips have been. I’m not buying one anytime soon, but gotta give credit where credits due.

  17. Youtube Kullanıcısı on December 21, 2021 at 2:09 pm

I love how Apple’s chips have gotten so good now that even Windows-focused channels that are not very much in Apple’s ecosystem care about them now. And I’m all for it, we need more competition, and Apple’s Apple silicon devices this year have a lot of protein in them. And this is just the laptop grade stuff too, there’s a rumor that in early 2022 there’s gonna be a high-end iMac that will have literally double the performance of the M1 Max.

Got a XPS 13 because reviews across multiple YT were positive. Big mistake, the packaged audio (Waves) is woeful, sounds like everything is being played in an aluminum room, and if you try and replace waves the audio jack just stops working.

  21. Saurabh on December 21, 2021 at 2:13 pm

Very surprised G15 advantage edition didn’t make it the value of that laptop is bonkers just for that it should be there

  25. Kenn Lee on December 21, 2021 at 2:17 pm

Regarding the Legion 5 and it’s 166HZ screen refresh. Didn’t you just do a video where you stated that the 166hz refresh was actually had a slower response time than the previous 144hz version screen?

best laptops? the best is the one that you can buy and avaliable

  31. Green Mamba Games on December 21, 2021 at 2:24 pm

I got a GF75 Thin with a 10300H, 1650Ti and 17" 144Hz IPS screen at Costco back in April for $699. With tax, 500GB SSD and another 8GB RAM, it was $850. I couldn’t have build a similar desktop for the price. I had no specific need for a laptop, it was just cheap and easy. Last week, I built a Ryzen 2600/ GTX 1080 desktop ($1014 build total) but I will probably still mostly use the laptop. I am still using a 1080p 60Hz display with something like a 10ns latency. I did a back to back test with Forza Horizon 5 and I can definitely notice the input lag and the 60Hz refresh rate is starting to feel a bit slow these days. I have better GPUs, including a 3060 and 3070 but I use those for mining and I really can’t justify using them for playing games.

  32. Nicolás on December 21, 2021 at 2:27 pm

That’s the minimum they could do gor that price

  33. Edzon Pusing on December 21, 2021 at 2:28 pm

I want a decent laptop for my online classes😭 I don’t have the money for now to buy some 😭😭

thank you so much for this review 🙂

  35. Aditya Patel on December 21, 2021 at 2:31 pm

Nice video but you should consider rechecking if the new models of laptops have removed issues or not. The G15 Advantage edition starting with M7 and beyond are fully fixed. They have 0 issues now.

  36. Marijo Barišić on December 21, 2021 at 2:31 pm

are there any indications of 19, 21 inch laptops?

    I love my gp66 Leopard 11uh ❤️

  38. Yevgeniy Lukomskiy on December 21, 2021 at 2:31 pm

I bought XPS 15 at Best Buy this weekend. Really good price -$300 off. First one had distorted, crackling speakers, exchanged for 2nd one – keys 7 and 8 on the keyboard were not responding to presses out of the box. Exchanged again – crackling speakers and flickering display.
You just can’t make this up! Absolutely horrible QC for a $2000 laptop!!!

  39. Aryan Singh on December 21, 2021 at 2:32 pm

Please review 2 in 1 laptops.

I am confused between Lenovo Yoga 6 AMD with 5700U and
Lenovo Yoga 7 Gen 6 AMD with 5800U.

Both are similarly priced but Yoga 6 has 1 TB SSD while Yoga 7 has 512 GB (no 1 TB option)

    My use case:
I am an avid movie watcher, YouTube videos and like to use it as a tablet, so lightweight is also a must.

Battery life is very important for me, more than performance. I am just looking for light laptop with biggest battery pack.

    I am currently using 7th gen i7 7500u.

So which would be better for me?
Lenovo Yoga 6 with AMD 5700U or
Lenovo Yoga 7 with AMD 5800U.

Also between 5700U and 5800U which is more efficient?

The only problem I had with the Flow x13 was the Xg mobile port getting stuck inside the computer.

  41. Kash Kilt on December 21, 2021 at 2:35 pm

The dell vostro 5415 is amazing , it costs 2800aed and has 8GM , amd 5500u and amd Radeon graphics , has all ports I need for school and roblox

  42. Michael John Ben Bataliran on December 21, 2021 at 2:35 pm

    Dude’s budget laptop is $800. It’s pathetic how broke I am. 💀

  43. Jeremy Tanudtanud on December 21, 2021 at 2:36 pm

I have not found any gaming laptops this year that I was looking for in terms of specs that I wanted and hopefully there will be more and better options in 2022. Msi was a letdown for 2021 laptops, there older laptops were more of a power house and had a desktop cpu in them, this year has better gpu but that’s about it. I would definitely go for the metabox laptop since it has a 4k display, 4 m.2 slots, support for desktop cpu and 3080 that I’m looking for. I’m glad that the laptop is thick.

  44. kliffundersen on December 21, 2021 at 2:37 pm

A thing a really i wanted to watch in this type , is a recommendation for working in Linux , i need to use linux for the job , but some laptops fails in Linux because a lack of support , i had a acer nitro and a razer blade and had various problem for work, then a good window laptop maybe is a lackluster in linux

  46. Luke Morrow on December 21, 2021 at 2:40 pm

Gotta say, best under 1500 right this second is the 165hz/5900/3070 zephyrus g15 at 1499 at bestbuy, and even lower open box. Holy cow

  47. Davy René Cornel Diekstra on December 21, 2021 at 2:40 pm

I got almost all gaming laptops this year and if this is not a sponsered revieuw I do not know what is. I do enjoy this channel; shame that I get black bars on a 17,3 screens. Would be worse on the 16;10 hype screens. Wonder if that is smart in the long run. Same review topic without blackbars I will alsways choose. Hope it helps…

  48. Kaif Bhatkar on December 21, 2021 at 2:40 pm

I’m from India n that legion 5 costs like 1800 dollars n above here 😑😑

  49. Doppel Real Estate on December 21, 2021 at 2:41 pm

*WARNING:* His Legion 5 Pro link ONLY leads to 8gb ram models. For gaming, you need 16 gb. I’m no expert but this is a HUGE DEAL that he didn’t tell you.
