You’re not meant to tip the racks out of the bag. You’re supposed to hold/stand the bag upright and then pull the bag down until the racks are exposed enough to be retrieved. Once the racks are out tip the bag to one side so the solution goes into the corner and then cut the opposite corner and tip down the drain and dispose of the bag in the bin.

Just use Cif cream/water/scotchbrite pad and some elbow grease and your oven is back in the game and done in less time and less money spent.
Just chuck the bag in the bin. Why bother rinsing it?
