I’ve been using Ubuntu Linux since 3 years ago for web development and for me it’s ok. Haven’t had issues and it’s perfect for web development. I’m really dissapointed with this guy. And, c’mon. VLC is difficult to install? lolo.
Windows has WSL 2.0. It let you install Linux distributions directly in your Windows system. You can install Debian or Ubuntu for example and use the Linux system to access the Windows file system. It’s no emulation, it’s native. So I would say that for only programming purpose, I think it’s even better on Windows.
Please provide golang tutorial and project also.

Linux isn’t limited in software. It’s just that their comparable software isn’t in the mainstream and you need to know what you are doing to configure your system properly. Without trying to sound like a snob and just state a fact, Linux is for those that are a little more tech advanced. I’ve been running a Linux box professionally for years and there hasn’t been anything I have been able to do on a Windows or Mac machine that I can’t do on a Linux machine with the exception of some proprietary software. You just have to take a few more steps to set things up and that is due to the less rigid nature of Linux to support better customization.

Guys donot rely on his recommendation. Anybody who watches tech youtubers will go insane after watching this video. There are BIGGG BLATANT ERRORS.
1. 3:2, 16:10 ARE MUCH BETTER THAN 16:9 for programming. DONOT BUY 16:9 ASPECT RATIO SCREENS AS THEY ARE GOOD ONLY FOR MEDIA CONSUMPTION. For productivity 16:10 and 3:2 are much better.
2. DDR5 is still not available in consumer devices and it started production just a month ago and ddr6 is still in development.
3. MacBook Pro 16 has by default 4 gigs of video ram and integrated graphics
4. For amd processors go for minimum of six core processor. Amd gives better bang for ur buck. Nowadays amd also gives better performance too.
5. The only 13 inch recommendation for coding is the macbook pro 13 . And maybe xps13 9300. Its because of the screen ratio 16:10 is always preferred over 16:9.
