Waiting for my lenovo legion 5 to arrive with 3060 and r7, 16gb ram, its 165hz on Fhd, for 1300eur. Im studying architecture, so I have to deal with 3d rendering too.

  9. Some Randomguy on October 16, 2021 at 9:04 am

  10. Scott Deagan on October 16, 2021 at 9:04 am

What’s the keyboard like on the XPS 15?

  11. Jaymin Styles on October 16, 2021 at 9:05 am

What about rog scar 17 2021

  12. Scott Deagan on October 16, 2021 at 9:05 am

Pity the keyboard on the Z16 looked "gimped" (i.e. it’s not a standard UK ISO layout with double height ENTER key etc…).

  13. Sarcen Grausten on October 16, 2021 at 9:06 am

im planning to buy predator helios 300 with i5 10300h and rtx 3060 with tgp of 130w, is it worth it? they say bottleneck can be rid by tweaking the settings of the laptop and games

  14. Vergil Arcanis on October 16, 2021 at 9:07 am

The refresh rate/fps can make a difference when a game had a sudden large graphics load for rendering. However, staying up to date with newer generations make it easier to play games

  15. Ganfalf on October 16, 2021 at 9:10 am

One minute into the video and I’m like… Are you out of your mind…? i9 and a 3050?! This GPU scores lower than a 1660Ti that’s two generations older AND 3 years behind… What’s the point on spending £1200-£1500 on a laptop with a great CPU when your GPU sucks… You could easily buy an MSI or a Lenovo with an i7-10750H and an RTX3060 for that price and it would perform MUCH beter

  16. Dr Sarat Anandh on October 16, 2021 at 9:10 am

    Should i buy 3060 6gb vram for 1500usd or 3080 16gb vram 4k usd laptop ?

  17. Ahmed Sav on October 16, 2021 at 9:12 am

    Don’t.

  18. Aizzul on October 16, 2021 at 9:14 am

Is it true that higher screen resolution gives higher response rate? Looking at reviews, there are few laptops with 300hz HD 1920*1080 have higher response rate than 165hz QHD

  19. ivan dellacasa on October 16, 2021 at 9:15 am

I would like to know which laptop is the best for warzone , in terms of quality/price of course

  20. Indie Lab on October 16, 2021 at 9:16 am

Cheaper acer nitro with i5 10th gen has 100% srgb but 150dollar more acer nitro with ryzen 5 5600h has 62% srgb and NTSC 45%. people might say that since it has better processor that’s why they had to do budget cuts but remember price is not same it’s more expensive compared to the i5 one still it has weaker display. This is a fk load of BS by ACER

  21. Alex Suarez on October 16, 2021 at 9:16 am

  22. Kick on October 16, 2021 at 9:18 am

  23. Anas Alareqe on October 16, 2021 at 9:19 am

Do you recommend MSI Katana GF 66 that comes with either RTX 3060 or RTX 3070?
We don’t have the 3050 here

  24. ADMZ on October 16, 2021 at 9:21 am

  25. Jeanpier UrreAgui on October 16, 2021 at 9:26 am

It matters if I have a windows home or pro, for gaming proposes?

  26. Steve Pichowsky on October 16, 2021 at 9:27 am

    They’re all to expensive

  27. Ryan Smith on October 16, 2021 at 9:31 am

I feel like while the advice on graphics cards and upgrading later was great, but some advice on the craziness that’s picking a CPU in 2021 would be awesome.

  28. Black White on October 16, 2021 at 9:31 am

This is why I am a console gamer. Buying a gaming machine is like studying for the Bar Exam. To complicated

  29. H Spartan on October 16, 2021 at 9:32 am

Man just say it. 3050 TI 4GB is shit, guys dont buy laptops with such GC please. Instead go for 3060 6GB

  30. biscuit on October 16, 2021 at 9:34 am

just go for the 60s. As in like the 1060, 2060, 3060 ect. They can run everything fine just maybe not a full graphics settings. Unless you dont have a main desktop PC theres no real reason to get the expensive high end ones. I have a 1060 razer blade and it still runs all the games i play just fine.

  31. Beny Games on October 16, 2021 at 9:34 am

    #1 don’t do it

  32. Ibnu Rizal on October 16, 2021 at 9:36 am

Give me a gaming laptop please 🥺

  33. Graham Hart on October 16, 2021 at 9:38 am

So where’s the best place to shop for these gaming laptops? Is Google or Amazon a good aggregate to start with and just go through the filter menu, adding and changing all these various components and their specifications then clicking, ‘Apply’ to update the list of matching laptops and their price from wherever they’re currently available at??

Or do I research down my own list of qualifying makes or matching models that fit my criteria and then proceed to get a price or buy from the manufacturer’s website?

Or can someone point me towards the cheapest 120hz+ laptop with an RTX 30′ series that would connect to my TV or another monitor to extend or at least mirror the display? 🙏🏽😎🎮

  34. Florent Stuart Ketchami Tchouleng on October 16, 2021 at 9:38 am

Acer nitro 5 vs asus tuf f15 which is better

  35. 123ocelot on October 16, 2021 at 9:39 am

This rate big pc towers will be thing of past and eveyone just hook moniter to laptop

  36. Lyle_MotovlogsTv on October 16, 2021 at 9:41 am

I can only afford the Acer Nitro 5 with the i5 and 1650ti in it.. 😔

  37. Bishop on October 16, 2021 at 9:43 am

I feel like this is more of an nvidia graphics card showcase than an realistic review (hence the sponsorship), temperature was barely mentioned and is basically the most important thing in laptop gaming, as poor designs cause performance throttling regardless of the high end specs

  38. Neurogamer on October 16, 2021 at 9:44 am

When he said there is another reason and its four letter, I was like omg… f***

  39. SK Developer LiveGaming on October 16, 2021 at 9:44 am

  40. MayDay GoingDown!! on October 16, 2021 at 9:44 am

    Here’s a Tip.
Don’t buy one, buy a console instead.
    Miles cheaper and better

  43. Zazen on October 16, 2021 at 9:47 am

    I’m getting my little brother his first computer which will be a gaming laptop, I’m currently thinking about these;

    Acer Predator Helios 300 – w/ 144hz, i7-10750H, 16gb RAM, 1tb SSD & 3070gtx.
    /or/
    Lenovo Legion 5 – w/ 165hz, R5 5600H, 16gb RAM, 1tb SSD & 3060gtx.
    /or/
    Acer Nitro 5 – w/ 144hz, i5-11400H, 16gb RAM, 512gb & 3060gtx.

Would any of those be good? I’d like to prioritize the 1tb SSD if possible but ofc willing to back down to 512gb for a more powerful laptop at a similar price range (€1200).

  44. The Zany Spirit on October 16, 2021 at 9:47 am

I’ve been trying my best to find a Gaming laptop with i5-i7 (10th or 11th gen. Or whatever the Ryzen equivalent of those CPU’s are.), rtx 3060 or higher (Don’t know if there’s anything cheaper with similar performance, I do know that I don’t want the rtx 3050. Haven’t checked 3050Ti. I don’t mind losing Raytracing but I do want that DLSS thing. If there’s nothing like that, then rtx 3060 is the only cheapest option.), 16gb memory, 256gb-512gb SSD, 144hrz 1080p for as cheap as I can. So far, the cheapest that consistently come remotely close to that are $1,200+. But, with the new generation cpu’s and gpu’s releasing, I’m hoping these prices go down even further. Trying to net it at $1,050 or less. But literally, the only brand of laptops that I’ve found to be around $1,200 with those specifications are MSI Laptops. Which I don’t think are bad, I just wish I had more options. I am never getting another Acer Nitro though. So bad.

I have £1000. What is the best laptop? The only desire I have is that I want the biggest screen possible.

  46. Antti.Rouvinen on October 16, 2021 at 9:51 am

its hard when u live in finland and have 700€ budget

  47. Ed Brew on October 16, 2021 at 9:52 am

Great video! Just wanted to add that I have had a whole host of issues with my Razer Blade 15 Pro – definitely do NOT recommend – it is incapable of even mid-tier games and overheats to the point of burning my fingers when I try and press certain keys (E, R, D, F for example). Some friends also have Razer Blades and theirs are unable to close properly as the case has warped so badly from overheating. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

  48. Jibeominee on October 16, 2021 at 9:53 am

I play all day, everyday. What laptop do you suggest? Thank you.

  49. SourLemon on October 16, 2021 at 9:54 am

Hey guys can gaming laptops play with pc’s on non cross platform games?
