Craigslist is hit or miss. I bought dryer for $150 because I just bought the house. The seller left junk appliances. It’s been 4 years and the dryer still works. Thank God! But now I’m ready to buy brand new in case it dies.
I am not normally one to be the first to comment on a video but this is very good information. As a combination landlord/wholesaler/fix and flipper, this will truly help my bottom line. On my first property, I bought all brand new appliances from Home Depot, but at a major discount because they were a return set. Had I not had a good relationship with one of the gentlemen that worked in receiving, I would have had to purchase at full price or maybe had to deal with someone else to get what I needed.
