In order to make your products a hit 1) make it manuel N digital (2 make it people friendly N easy to use, even if you’ll are in another state ) (3 give it a 5 yrs. Garantee .

I love technology and the internet but I don’t understand why my washer and dryer need Wi-Fi? The apartment I rent has a new washer and dryer set that works great and has Wi-Fi but I’ve never bothered to hook it up .
Samsung is junk. Next time you go to Lowe’s, look at their clearance appliances that have been returned and repaired and they are mostly Samsung.

Buy a top loader Speed Queen—that’s what I own zero issues for approximately 10 years
Most people that have front loaders they hate them problems from odors from the rubber seals and leakage I didn’t see many top loader washers and the best washer and dryer you can buy is Speed Queen which was not mentioned
Stay away from any Samsung washer or dryer. I’ve learned my lesson.

Sort had the Amma, took hour and forty five minutes on heavy duty. You will be lucky if it lasts five years. Got rid of the junk. Person I sold it to said after two months control board went.

Never buy the Bosch 800 series
You completely excluded the “New” front loader Speed Queen.
Just got the Speed Queen SF-7 stacked unit. AWESOME machine! Long warranty. Nicely made. A little pricey, but built to last 25 years, or so they say.

Not Maytag. The first one we had was given to us and when it died it was over 30 years old. It was a top load and everything came out CLEAN. No pre-spotting required or extra ingredients required.
The Maytag Duet we have now requires Pinesol, baking soda, bleach, Shout, and/or enzyme cleaner to get the clothes marginally clean. It is 5 years old and multiple things are going wrong. Never again. Quality old names mean nothing anymore.
The quick 30 or Quick 15 is a joke. You will hv wet clothes.
I hate our Samsung set we bought back in 2013. Close don’t get clean and smell musty. We have to clean them all the time. Such a hassle honestly, or whirlpool top load worked so much better

Don’t waste your money on anything LG or Samsung, they last two to five years if you’re lucky. The same goes for the refrigerators from either accompany, avoid them like the plague that they are.
