More proof that Xbox is not gamer friendly. Xbox DRM makes it near impossible to play games offline.. when I say Xbox is customer-friendly but not gamer friendly I mean it. Xbox only focuses on 1 type of gamer. That is the online only gamer that buys digital.. this is why Xbox itself as a platform is the lowest-selling of all platforms.. tho PlayStation is not customer-friendly they are gamer friendly.. The fact that Xbox series X DRM makes it near impossible to play completely offline on offline games like Tomb Raider Hitman 3 or anything that’s not a first-party Game shows their malcontents for single player offline gamers. Even though they’re low rate cheap looking single player 1st Party games was enough to Show Me Xbox hates offline story-driven gamers. This keeping your Xbox as the home Xbox is a Band-Aid and is actually a false if you’ve got a kid Like I cannot set my Xbox as the home Xbox, I have to set my son’s Xbox as the home.. Xbox is a quantity over quality gaming platform. This is why most people get a different platform because we rather have quality over quantity.. it’s all well and good to have 200 games on Game Pass but when 190 of them suck it really makes it not worth it.

CoD has too much pc cheaters due to to crossplay, so its not enjoyable for console players. if i am proved otherwise, i would be happy!….

I was waiting for PS, then I came across game pass and went with xbox. I wanted to get X but it was not available in India. It was lockdown and i wanted to get a next gen console, got the S. I’m very happy with it, along with game pass ultimate subscription.. you have really good games available to keep you busy. I’m playing fifa21, Forza horizon, Forza Motorsport (for offline co-op), Dirt 5, Mortal Kombat. After experiencing this for few weeks I will try others.
Was debating getting one for a while. Now I’ve finally took the leap I’m happy to say I wasn’t disappointed! The price tag was extremely reasonable and the performance is great. I’ve not gone 4k yet and all my purchases have been digital for the last 5yrs or so, so this was a perfect fit for me. I’m glad I held off a little bit, til the fuss over stock and scalping died down, it was so easy to get, just walked into a shop and bought one and with my pretty large back catalogue that I’ve built up over the last couple of consoles it was nice to buy a new system and have loads of games to play on it straight away! Happy days!

Microsoft promised 1440p 120fps on all S series games however most games run at 1080p 60fps with low textures. Biomuntant runs at 1080p 60fps on S and ps5 series however on ps5 it looks sharper … At 6 teraflops it would be a decent next gen console with 4 sucks.
Yes the series s is not having that GPU of Series X. But it has the same CPU, storage speed. Microsoft has made it clear that it can do everything which series X does but in 1080p n 1440p. 4k has 4 times more pixels so series X has to be powerful. Atleast in Microsoft games apart from resolution there wont be much difference in series s and series x

bought the s cause i couldn’t find a series x, just as a temporary solution, but ended up loving it so much.
the only real downside of the s is the missing disc drive, i hate being dependent on the xbl marketplace solely, the prices for games are kinda crazy.
Valhalla is such a beautiful game it but it’s so boring and repetitive.

This is a great example of what I have been saying on various reviews of the S. The S is more than capable of playing games that look great in 4K! If your TV is a 60HZ TV, then the S is exactly the right console to play on. While the X is more powerful, it NEEDS that extra power for 4K@120HZ and 8K@60HZ. If the companies mentioned can deliver the graphics they have for the S then there’s no excuse for anyone to do less. The S is more than up to the challenge!

I just got a series s yesterday. I have beat re8 3 times on my Xbox one and now that I am on the series s playing it for a 4th time let me say
I feel like it’s a whole different game. Load times are literal seconds and the graphics look clear and crisp not muddy and bleh. So far AMAZING first impression.
I already have a ps5 for 4k but I’ve been Xbox series s almost everyday.
