    This video makes no sense.
Simple tips: 1. go for the CPU with more cores 2. make sure CPU supports hyper threading. 3. It must have atleast 16GBs of ram 4. go for SSD else you might end up disk bottleneck issues specially while running multiple VMs.
Laptop for running VMs is a bad idea because above configuration is present in the gaming laptop which comes with high end GPUs therefore those rigs are costly. If you don’t need portability and GPU then I would suggest build your custom desktop which will support far better for running multiple VMs. And you can invest in better monitor for usability.
PS: If you need to run a single VM then you can get any machine, most laptops are fine for running single VM… you just need to allocate memory wisely.

It was that moment: When I saw an i5 in the list

How are these laptops "the best for virtualization" with core i5 CPUs and 8 gigs of ram?

I’ve been looking for such a laptop for a long time and the specs I am looking for are Ryzen 4700 or 4800 8-core CPU and 32 gigs of ram.
