$600 Holy crap. I am still happy with my old $40 stainless steel microwave oven. It defrosts, pops popcorn, cooks vegetables, heats up my cup of cold coffee, and so on and so on, perfectly. Plus, now that I put it on my home made silencer, it is so quiet that you hardly even notice it at all when it is on. So now I rely on the beeper to remind me that I have something in the oven, since it is so quiet.
I bought a samsung microwave in 2016 but now it broke and doesn’t heat already and the mechanic man doesn’t know to repair. so I want again to buy another microwave oven. what is the best ?

Still using my 1999 Sharp 1100 watt microwave oven. Works great. When it dies, if it ever does, I’m going to replace it with another Sharp. The previous one? Another sharp, that lasted 18 years before I dropped it and it stopped working.

My LG NeoChef blew after 1.5 years. The warranty was for only one year. Up until that, it was a good microwave, cooked evenly, and the interior coating was really superior, easy to clean. The other thing I didn’t like about it was no stage cooking, and the sensor cooking did not work as well as it did on my 17 year-old Panasonic Genius , which still works fine, but the interior coating fell apart badly.
