    I saw that Best Buy has the hp pavilion gaming laptop for 449 dollars. Do you happen to know when this deal will happen? I’d rather get the one Best Buy is selling because the one Walmart is selling has the intel core i5 compared to the 3rd gen 6 core 12 thread ryzen 5 one that Best Buy is selling.

    I don’t think its a good idea to buy any gaming laptop unless you’re in desperate need for one right now. Just wait till next year and get a laptop with next-gen GPU and CPU.

    Asus A15 FA506IV should have a 144Hz IPS panel I think. Reasonable; I’m using one. Although the display response time is somewhat slow and it’s 65% SRGB.

    I bought the Asus TUF A15 yesterday. I can confirm about the fans mentioned all over the internet: 1) loud fans during turbo and 2) screen limitations. Armoury Crate had to be updated. The one that came with the laptop does not recognize the CPU temp. the fan was still loud at performance and turbo even even after disabling boosting, but the temp is lower.

    Better than L340 in my opinion, R5 4600H, 2 RAM slots and better thermals from what I’ve heard. It’s just $30 more expensive
