Top 10 NEW Games of September 2020 To Look Forward To

September is here and while the wait for any release date or pricing info on the Xbox Series X and PS5 is becoming agonizing, the bigger titles are starting to arrive for current-gen platforms.

This month sees a variety of games, whether it’s co-op focused looting, high profile remasters or sports titles, both good and questionable. Let’s take a look at the 10 games worth playing in September.

I played Spellbreak for one match before I went to bed last night and I had so much fucking fun. I’m not a Battle Royale guy but this one has me hooked. I hope there’s some sort of physical release so I can add it to my game collection.

  7. Creative Username on April 19, 2021 at 1:39 am

KOA is still being over-looked. plus they will be releasing additional content for it later, which is something very few remasters do.

  43. Marbles on April 19, 2021 at 2:18 am

There is no such thing as a "Ground Up Remaster" that is a remake. Please stop confusing the two terms and using them interchangeably.
They are completely different terminology. A Remaster is little more than a port, hopefully polished, enhanced and optimized for modern platforms but at the end of the day it’s the same game, same basic code, as the original release. It might have a new engine, but the game is more or less the same.
A Remake is a brand new game from the ground up, new code, new engine, new assets, etc etc. Tony Hawk is a remake, not a remaster. Much like the Crash N’Sane Trilogy, they’re a 1 for 1 remake, instead of a reimagining remake like RE2 and 3.
