Im so happy that Resident Evil Village is #1.
I just hope Tales of Arise made it to the list.

  5. Justin M on January 10, 2022 at 3:41 pm

Metroid Dread might be the most overrated game of all time. and i’m someone who liked it

  6. AnimationStation on January 10, 2022 at 3:41 pm

    Deathloop over Ratchet?! Seriously?!!!

  7. Henkaan on January 10, 2022 at 3:42 pm

    Pokemon snap? dafuq

  8. Mason P on January 10, 2022 at 3:42 pm

Death loop makes the list and Returnal is just an honorable mention? Lol ok

  9. P D on January 10, 2022 at 3:42 pm

Lool, and that’s is why i don’t play games anymore. Is there a single game which is for 4+ age? I didn’t see. May be the boring Agent 47 only…

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? (Matthew 16:26)
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)

Y’all seriously slept on Scarlet Nexus and SMT V.

  14. Hank Hill on January 10, 2022 at 3:49 pm

People are really sleeping on Guardians of the Galaxy. It’s like they refuse to believe their presumptions that it would be another Marvel’s Avengers were wrong.

  15. O K on January 10, 2022 at 3:49 pm

    you missed farcry 6

  16. tonemaster 2099 on January 10, 2022 at 3:51 pm

  21. Mr. Reality Draws on January 10, 2022 at 3:56 pm

Imagine these great games that came out in 2021 and they get snubbed by Pokemon Snap.

  22. Adam Cooper on January 10, 2022 at 3:58 pm

No halo infinite or guardians of the Galaxy?

  23. Ulises Rodríguez on January 10, 2022 at 3:58 pm

  32. Obi Wan Kenobi on January 10, 2022 at 4:09 pm

Despite the bugs in the game, Guardians of the galaxy is easily one of the best games of 2021
It makes "Avengers" game look like a joke and it’s just a fun game overall

  33. Mon Calimari Mon Calimari on January 10, 2022 at 4:09 pm

Halo Infinite definitely should be on this list. I know this list was probably made before full game, but it should be here somewhere because the outstanding multiplayer beta had been out for over a month when this list was made

  34. Antwoine Johnson on January 10, 2022 at 4:10 pm

    Tales of Arise?
    come on my guys

  35. steve jones on January 10, 2022 at 4:11 pm

  38. Ricardo Velazquez on January 10, 2022 at 4:13 pm

Well, their number 10 was Game of the Year at the Game Awards this year 🤡

  39. mysterious gamer89 on January 10, 2022 at 4:15 pm

resident evil really redeemed itself this genereation, only shxt stain it layed this gen was re3 remake. but re revelations 2, re7, re2 remake & re8, were all awesome. even re1 remake & 0 finally made it to a sony console wit origins collections on ps4 which are even better than the gcn versions.

resident evil hasn’t been this hungry since the ps1 days y’all, top 5 series of all time forever. infact? it was best oldschool series of the 8th gen undoubtably and overall 2nd best ip that dominated most that gen behind the soulsborne series.

    well done capcom 👍.

  40. The Fourth Primogenitor on January 10, 2022 at 4:16 pm

Too bad, from what I remember watching in Act Man’s video, the story of RE Village kind of shit the bed, but hey, people who enjoy the gameplay aren’t wrong for doing so.

  41. Space Mutiny on January 10, 2022 at 4:17 pm

The word is oriented, not orientated

  42. Nathan Field on January 10, 2022 at 4:17 pm

When are people going to stop putting expected games in the lime light.

  43. MT B on January 10, 2022 at 4:22 pm

RE Village has got to be one of the most overrated games of all the me.

  44. TheRManProds on January 10, 2022 at 4:22 pm

GLAD THAT METROID DREAD IS GETTING A LOT OF RECOGNITION!

  45. 🌺 Kawaii Katsuki 💥 on January 10, 2022 at 4:22 pm

I think Poppy Playtime is really popular atm

  46. Zain Mohammad on January 10, 2022 at 4:23 pm

Guardians of the galaxy for me

  47. Hank Hill on January 10, 2022 at 4:27 pm

I’d say it’s like this for me:

    1. Guardians of the Galaxy
    2. Metroid Dread
    3. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
    4. Kena: Bridge of Spirits
    5. Halo Infinite
    6. New Pokemon Snap
    7. Resident Evil Village
    8. Returnal
    9. Psychonauts 2
    10. Skip… Didn’t like anything else enough to have a top 10

Deathloop didn’t click with me. Not big on Hitman either. I tried Forza on Gamepass but it’s just not my type of game. Pokemon Brilliant Diamond was a disappointment. So was Lost in Random. Didn’t bother playing Far Cry, Call of Duty, or Battlefield because I imagine they’re just more of the same. Outriders, Scarlett Nexus, and Little Nightmares 2 were fun distractions but not top of year list-worthy. Haven’t gotten around to It Takes Two or Shin Megami Tensei yet but they
    look like they have potential.

  48. Curt Randall on January 10, 2022 at 4:30 pm

For me it #1 is a last minute surprise that I played this week, Guardians of the Galaxy. On a scale of 10, the fun factor is 11. I find it very strange that nobody at WMJ thought it deserves to be in their top 10. Maybe they didn’t play it, or they are just clueless.

  49. Sam is the best on January 10, 2022 at 4:31 pm

In my opinion, Mario Party Superstars should’ve at least gotten an honorable mention, it returned the series back to its formal glory after the mixed reception ND Cube’s other Mario Party games have been getting.
