Quite clever!
nice house. i really like tiny houses
Love this video!:)
My wife & I are looking for a Tiny off-grid home 375-450sq.ft with either a front porch or foldable deck, we’ e looking for right builder and legal land space.
At 14:40… that is SO important for us- to secure items since we live on a boat and I absolutely love those plate & bowl racks! Yeah, the rest of our stuff, candles & knick-knacks and such, we too, just place in a crate when we are out cruising on the water.
The kitchen is my favourite part of a home, your video gives great ideas and design to apply in a kitchen. Thank you.
I forgot to ask, do you guys know any tiny houses that has a loft with a hidden stairs and storage?
Hello! Thank you for the lovely video! What you guys have in that corner next to the stove? (Under the worktop.)
I remember Ariel. #ArielsGotAGun๐ Cool home & it’s brave of her to live on her own out there.
Great vid ! Lots of FANTASTIC ideas! Thanks!!
Yes……………Thanks from Interlachen Florida I have an acre property overlooking a lake that I’m still working on
You whipped up another great deep dive video on Tiny Houses. ๐๐
I love thee, please keep cookin’ ’em up! ๐ฝ๐ค
TY…love this. A series on different รกreas in Tiny’s! โ
Kitchens in tiny homes are always so unique and inspiring.
Your own kitchen is very poorly designed, I’m sorry but it’s true.
The kitchen sink/washing machine is ingenious!๐๐จ๐ฆ
Watched this from email link… LOVED all the different designs!!!!!
Thank you guys. I’d love to see more compilations, just like this one. It’s ideal for me. My biggest wishes are for a toilet show, and a bathing show.
Thank you, the most important space in a house!
Great video!
Loved the space in between the studs as pantry ๐
I really look forward to having the over sink plate drain and storage shelves. The wire BBQ accessorie is a new one to me and perfect for the reason you shared. Thanks. This is a great episode, sooo many fun ideas.

This was very insightful. Thanks for doing the video for us.
I love that you’ve combined intro-videos. This helps tremendously in cutting down on my video time. Yes, you have a new subscriber! I saw a few great ideas for our 1969 Hi-Lo camper, aka. Home away from Home, aka. backup home! I’m thrilled to incorporate more space into what they didn’t think about way back then, and especially in the the kitchen! I have stainless steel rods for a draining area. Now I need a new counter top that can withstand that extra moisture. The old top is worn. I’ve found a perfect little table for the bathroom which holds 3 rolls of toilet paper on the roller and holds an additional 12 rolls in the lower basket with a magazine or two, which leaves the table top for a purse or wallet and a cellphone. I’ve got plans for a lower shelving unit that won’t allow anything to shift or bounce out while we’re moving. I have 20 inches wide, 8 inches depth and 53 inches high to work with. Yippee, every inch counts in a small space. The Hi-Lo restricts what you can put on the upper wall, so I’m using polyester hanging pockets with the shower curtain that separates the bathroom from the kitchen, so I can hang my jewelry on one side and dish washing supplies on the other side of the shower curtain. I’ve got solar exhaust fans for the bathroom and kitchen that have a USB cable, in which I think is a priority in this 8 x 16 foot tiny home. I’ve also bought us solar charged batteries that can be charged with electricity, and they have flashlights if we need them. The camper came with battery/electric lighting. I have different solar lights to set different moods and needs, as they come in various shapes and sizes. I’ve noticed that my 15 watt solar light bulbs charge with a dim purple.blue glow. They’re lovely hanging over my kitchen sink window. I didn’t know that they charged this color before I bought new upholstery material of blues and purple flowers.
All of my cupboards are bright white; the kitchen side, the doors under the bed/table and the doors and storage on the opposite of the kitchen that is above and below a sofa. I’m hard pressed to paint the doors wood brown or just strip them since they are all hard wood, and then seal them so they’ll stay looking new. ANY SUGGESTIONS? PICS WOULD BE GREAT. I am favoring a sandy color brown with the crisp white though. Would it look good with sandy brown doors on a white base?
I bought the LED wires (string lights) but they stopped working while I was installing them, while wrapping them around the nails that I was anchoring them too. They were really bright for about 10 minutes. So, I’m glad they were cheap. They illuminated the whole bathroom. I will try again with tube lighting, as that’s more protected. =
The bathroom has just a tiny porcelain toilet stool from 1969 with a foot flush device. I would love to find a cassette, so I could shower or bathe. I’d hang shower curtains on every wall if I got a shower in there. The downside is having to dry off a toilet after our daily shower. But wait, I have a solar fan. haha Who doesn’t like drip-dry? At least when we can get away with it. For jeans and sweatshirts we need a spinner unless I can find a small clothes washer that fits and lasts. From what I’ve read, the smallest units have questionable length of life issues. Too many of them stop working after the warranty runs out. I don’t want to buy a disposable washer and I do my best to avoid adding to landfills. That’s another reason why I haven’t pulled out the old heater that needs repair. It’s not in the way and I hope to have it fixed one day. Meanwhile, we have an a/c and heater fan unit that drips out out of the back window and down the siding when the a/c is used. The bumper somewhat hides the puddle and helps us to avoid the mud if it happens to make mud. But, we’re usually parked on stone or asphalt. I may get a drain spout hose for it, which rolls out when it’s filling with rain and rolls up when there’s no weight in it. This would help to direct the flow that does happen, if I trapped it under the camper, then rolled it up before we moved. Oh my, how our minds get bigger than our tiny house.
Oh, I didn’t realize you were settled in Oregon these days! I’m in Portland, so it got my attention. Do you have a video that describes how you found a legal spot to park, and in which county? In your searches, did you find any particular Oregon [or Washington] counties that had few restrictions on THOWs, or on the occupancy of trailers? I’m hoping to buy some land, or a rundown house with land, that could also host a THOW and maybe a couple trailers, or a yurt. I just haven’t found any guides on where that could be legally done. I don’t want to pepper you with questions, but if you have a source to point to, for more info, that’d be so helpful! Thanks in advance!
P.S. This video, compiling segments of different design features in tinies, is a great idea. I think these separate topics could garner a lot of views, and help others with their space planning. Thumbs up!
A simple Thank You and continued growth. You seem to know what is needed as a need to know .๐คช as a recent viewer, have you done research on the Insurance issue, which by the way is an issue with this Canadian viewer. ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ผ๐๐ฝ๐๐ผ๐จ๐ฆ
I love your channel but way too many ads in this video.
I love the drying dish storage cabinet idea!
I liked that you added the links to the other kitchens- There are so many creative options out there! Nice video guys!

Good video. Have you thought of putting a door hook and screw eye on the sliding door, so you don’t have to empty it when you move. I did a similar thing with my bathroom door in my tiny house, and it works really well.
I think my favorite kitchen was the one from the guy who was a cook for several years. It’s nice to have everything within reach without walking across the kitchen. And it’s perfect for one person to work in the kitchen. Which I normally don’t like having anyone hovering around me while I’m fixing a meal.
More of this! I’d like to learn more about solutions for travel and solutions that are fixed, instead of swiss army knife-solutions. The zink which became a laundry machine- wow! Tell uss more!
I miss her videos
Lots of great ideas.Love them, thank you.
Like the house let the people talk that live there
This is great. Can you do one on tiny bathroom options?
The idea I took home was to utilize the sink cavity area by covering it over with a portable cutting board style square. I have so little space to work with here as my bedroom/kitchen combined in the tiny cottage measures only about 14 x 9′
Loved it ALL.
