I just switched to t mobile from Verizon cause Verizon was expensive and not even unlimited..and now I came to find out for 60$ I can only stream 480p??!?! Fuck ..on straight talk prepaid or boost mobile I’d get better data for 60&

  2. John Fernandez on May 12, 2021 at 4:05 am

Why is video streaming a separate thing? Isn’t it built into the data plan?

  3. IHaveNoSoul on May 12, 2021 at 4:05 am

When you say unlimited at 3g speeds, does that mean you get unlimited hotspot with slower speeds compared to when you have your normal gig cap?

  4. Cubing Classroom fan 432 on May 12, 2021 at 4:06 am

Btw as of apr 2020 the magenta plus plan has quibi and netflix for 12 months after t-mobile lets you pick the one you like

  5. B H on May 12, 2021 at 4:08 am

This is the worst service I’ve had .

  6. Dukens Saint Vil on May 12, 2021 at 4:08 am

The Essentials Plan Is Better Than The Magenta Plan. I Go Over 50GB Of Data Thats Okay I Will Experience Slower Speeds When The T- Mobile Tower Is Congested In My Area.” Then The Congestion Dies Down My Speeds Are Fast Again Before When I Went Over My Data T-Mobile Would Throttle My Data At 2G Speeds Or 128Kbs Until The Next Billing Cycle.”

  8. Marcio Diaz on May 12, 2021 at 4:10 am

can you explain if I use my hotspot does it use my priority data? or is it separate?

    THANK YOU

  9. Norm Alex on May 12, 2021 at 4:10 am

Isn’t Metro now TMobile , just like Sprint .Great review and switching to TMobile

  10. Bob Bowie on May 12, 2021 at 4:12 am

First responders in LA make around 200k plus a year. They don’t need discounts.
    Wtf

  11. Shanieka Talley on May 12, 2021 at 4:13 am

They keep getting high smoking crack selling the stores brands not noing when they coming back like toys r us

  12. Random YouTube Videos on May 12, 2021 at 4:13 am

Essentials plan does not include taxes and fees vs Magenta does. So if taxes are above $10 then it makes sense to buy Magenta over essentials. Plus you get more features.

  13. Shawnte Brown on May 12, 2021 at 4:14 am

Does the postpaid plans offer unlimited music and data maximizer like the prepaid plans?

  14. Mark Union on May 12, 2021 at 4:14 am

For anyone getting on tmobile Dont get the Jump on Demand..it is a trap that they don’t tell you about..there’s more about the jump on demand than just being able to switch to any new phone you want! How about keep your representatives knowledgeable and more helpful to your committed customers!!

  15. Random YouTube Videos on May 12, 2021 at 4:15 am

1:05 T-mobile essentials does not get the same priority as Magenta I believe.

  16. DraNium on May 12, 2021 at 4:16 am

I had to call 3 numbers just to get my plan switched, tf is that…..

  17. Eddie Evangelista on May 12, 2021 at 4:16 am

Can someone correct me if I’m wrong but t mobile essential isn’t priority? Not over their magenta plan.

  18. Alex Lewis on May 12, 2021 at 4:17 am

The one thing you miss about post paid vs prepaid is the ability to finance devices as opposed to purchasing outright, an a11 is clearly worse than an s20 and by financing a device you can find yourself in a device you couldnt afford other wise, with prepaid you have the option to buy a good device outright or a dinky device outright, financing devices is definitely an important option for most consumers who generally upgrade every 2-4 years

  20. Mr. Martell Sincere on May 12, 2021 at 4:21 am

  21. Roc Stone on May 12, 2021 at 4:23 am

I used my company’s perks to basically get the magenta plus plan with a couple different additions… It’s called the amplified plan and I pay $120 for 2 lines… lovin it…

T mobile has terrible service in New Mexico constant dropped calls

  25. Unholykill333 u on May 12, 2021 at 4:36 am

If you are grandfathered into a plan they no longer offer they try to bully you into one of these plans rather than update the one you’re in… This is why I’m looking forward to Starlink

  26. Charles Strickland on May 12, 2021 at 4:37 am

what towers does t-mobile roam on when not in their coverage areas?

  27. Donovan Scott on May 12, 2021 at 4:38 am

So should I stay with boost 60 plan or switch to t mobile prepaid can you do a comparison video

  28. Neikos Gamer on May 12, 2021 at 4:38 am

Can do a video for the tablets & wearable plans

  29. Santiago Golding on May 12, 2021 at 4:39 am

tmobile prepaid without a doubt is a good value for what you can get.

As a tmobile user my family has been on tmobile network for over 10 years and weve never had issues with coverage, but I am on post paid … also I enjoy tmobile as a company so much I actually ended up working at a tmobile store for over a year and a half now and I’m still there.

one thing to I must say though is prepaid customer service is NOT the same customer service as Post paid. unless you plan on bringing your own devices then I would always recomend postpaid because you cannot finance anything with prepaid. even though it’s not mentioned in the benefits or features or even on tmobile website it is worth noting.

as a college student I always think about if I could not afford a postpaid service I would choose prepaid just because I do not travel and wont be needing the international features, and I usually buy my own devices online directly from the manufacturer so there wont be a need for me to be on the more expensive post paid plans.

    I have T-Mobile placenta plan

  31. Vanda Divinely Favored on May 12, 2021 at 4:40 am

I have been disappointed with T-Mobile, It’s a cash money sucking company that doesn’t resolve anything anymore…stores never had phones no more and phones are extremely expensive with added on extra fees to milk you for money…how does my phone with insurance cost 20 dollars and it only a iPhone 8 Plus 🤦🏾‍♀️

  32. GGI565 on May 12, 2021 at 4:41 am

T-Mobile bought my cellular provider and now has everyone here cornered into either going with them or with AT&T, which is even more expensive. They sweet talked me into the cheapest plan though… the Essentials, and told me that I qualified for both veteran and 55 age plan discount. I had just turned 55 so I went with the Unlimited 55 plan. I really have no clue what the discount is (other than not paying more in taxes monthly) but anyway I upgraded the cheapest Essentials plan, as they suggested, by adding more data w/ an add-on up to 20 GB of Hotspot since I use it a lot. So I’m now paying $65/ month for the [so-called] "Unlimited 55" plan with auto-pay ($50), plus the $15 add-on for extra Hotspot.

The problem? Hell I think I got duped. They told me I was hands down gonna have 5G speeds with my Galaxy S20 FE phone, which I bought from them, but at home I get a meager ass signal, if any – much worse than I used to get with my previous no-name company. After 8 AM the signal gets weaker and weaker as the day passes. This I’m guessing is due to the overcrowded network they have now after all the buy-outs they’ve pulled. Shortly after noon time the signal it’s basically non-existent. I get like zero signal.. zilch, nada, none. I have to leave the house and go drive around like an idiot to see if I get lucky and find a nice spot where I can use the Internet to manage my stocks online through my broker. Every day the same annoying story… early in the morning the thing gets slowed down considerably, and from noon to around 7 or 8 pm I just can’t get online while I’m at home. In some areas elsewhere the signal is very good. But in most places this is NOT high speed 5G, not even 4G. It’s more like a very spotty 3G at best. And like I said, if you live in a place where the antennas they have don’t reach during peak hours, you’ll get very bad signal or none at all.

Tmobile is garbage. Their support is trash. They advertise through phone scams.

  35. Angel Arias on May 12, 2021 at 4:43 am

I have metro by T mobile 5 lines for $150 with Amazon prime included and 15G of hotspots

  36. 0penthaugtz on May 12, 2021 at 4:43 am

Just goes to show, there is no such thing as truly unlimited data plans.

  37. clamo6362 on May 12, 2021 at 4:47 am

They need to offer better hotspot data. The new plans suck ass.

  38. NonExistent NonExistent999 on May 12, 2021 at 4:48 am

Don’t you get like 2 free phones if you get 2 lines on TMobile? And if so what phone do you get?

  39. Qin Shi on May 12, 2021 at 4:49 am

Why is this hell hole debt trap of T-Mobile working and sealing money from me ( why do the bill keep going up

  40. Justy Luchic on May 12, 2021 at 4:51 am

Tmobile What a joke . I have family plan 5 phone unlimited LTE data and 40 gig hotspot for $100 and unlimited LTE data for cellular IPad for $20 free roaming

  45. Sati on May 12, 2021 at 4:57 am

I switched from T-Mobile to Metro. Only $90 unl for two lines and includes Google 1 and Amazon prime and 15 GB hotspot. Only reason I ever decided to go to TMobile is for phone leasing. Just buy your phones unlocked you’ll save money on carrier services and you won’t be trapped.

  46. Amanda Jones on May 12, 2021 at 4:57 am

Would love if this was accurate you don’t get Netflix unless you have 2 or more lines.

  47. Driving in New York City, NYC on May 12, 2021 at 4:58 am

Get the highest plan, get an app that bypass that 20GB hotspot/tether cap. Profit. I run 4G LTE on my pc even pass the stupid 20GB cap.

  48. MilkIsDaBest on May 12, 2021 at 4:58 am

I don’t understand video streaming. Does that mean I’m not actually seeing 4K on YouTube?

  49. Jorden Belanic on May 12, 2021 at 4:59 am

How to get unlimited LTE speed on anything, use a VPN… Encrypted traffic through 1 service & then T-Mobile cant find out what your doing, just looks like normal internet usage all be it from a single source.
