    according to directions you put charcoal filter in upside down

    I have the ME17R7021ES, which is very similar, and I can’t figure out how to remove the vent grille to install the charcoal filter. The "User Manual" is no help. Your video just glosses over that step, saying "I had to remove some trim on the front". Well, the door on mine interferes with removing that trim. Suggestions?
