Hi, thanks for the video. Wondering if Quickbooks desktop gives me to ability to create a depreciation schedule for assets? Cars, property, equipment, furniture, etc. I don’t know where to start. Is this available through QB desktop? Is it available in the online version only? Thank you

I upgraded to 2020 mainly for the feature to combine forms in 1 email, however, that little check box doesn’t exist in my send forms window. I have been on the phone with QB now for 26 minutes and so far, the woman, who doesn’t seem knowledgeable AT ALL, has told me that, since I have merchant services, I don’t get this option??? Is this accurate?? That isn’t mentioned ANYWHERE in the literature pertaining to this new 2020 feature.

Hi Matt. Have you done any updates with company files on the server and the users access data stored on a share on the server? My client has Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Solutions 17.0 and I want to know how to safely upgrade the server side, workstations and do the company file updates. Thanks.

Hi, I also have a question. I have been using QuickBooks Pro 2008 on my laptop for years with a Windows 7 OS. The laptop needs replaced and I was wondering if QuickBooks 2008 would function on a Windows 10 laptop?

I have a question. I got QB 2017 Certified Desktop this year. Should I stop right here (in terms of getting more QB Certifications for future versions), or should I continue to get certifications for 2020, 2023, etc? The reason why I’m asking is because I am exploring future opportunities with my current company. (they started a QB program this year) Thank you.

I use QB 2003 LOL but only use it for the check register. My accountant told me to upgrade and I want to know how to migrate my data file from my version to 2020 version.

Thank you for the great video! I’ve been using QB Pro 95 thru QB Pro 2012 and have loved it. I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now I’ve run into a few problems so far. My Loan Manager will not open saying something about Internet Explorer 9 (but Win10 put me in IE11) and when I try to email a pdf invoice to a client, it won’t create a pdf. Do you think upgrading to QB Pro 2020 from QB Pro 2012 will solve that problem or should I look for a different fix? Have others complained of these issues? The new features that you covered in this video seem great but wouldn’t necessarily apply to my company type so I’d like to try to find out if upgrading to QB Pro 2020 would be wise. Thank you very much!

Just wondering about downloading your transactions from the Bank, this feature also expires with the older versions, my copy is a 2016 version. I am in the process of using the desktop and online versions , because they have giving me a really good discount for a year. I like the ability to download transactions with the online version and the matching up system. I think the online version will be way too pricey for me after the year is up, if I decide to go that long. I don’t do payroll even though I have one employee. For some reason I have never used the downloading from the Bank option on my desktop version, however thinking I should start, any thoughts?

Hi, I plan on upgrading this week but I have a question. Amazon has 2020 QuickBooks Desktop Pro with Enhanced Payroll listed next to regular PRO edition. I hope it does not mean payroll has been cut from PRO and moved to Enhanced edition? Can you please comment on that?
